Horrible!! Waited 20 minutes past the stated time, got home and the pizza wasn't even the one I ordered! Second wrong order recently! They finally lost my business! There's too many other choices. I suggest everyone check their order before leaving.

This Domino's on glenway is the worst establishment I've ever visited. I stood there waiting on my order that i saw on the rack i asked the girl after standing for ten minutes if she could grab my order she said she didn't have time to look at names. I will never eat here again and am honestly thinking about never eating Domino's again. I spend almost 50 to get treated like crap and given cold food.

Food is not horrible, but not good. The customer service is not there. Atmosphere is not there. Don’t even try to call in with orders or instructions because they will not follow them. I’ve never had a good experience here… Where is the GM ?? Nowhere to be found. Overall you would be better with a frozen pizza from your local store than going through this headache.

My son and I order from the Glenway location on the regular. There have been a few mishaps, however, still more good than bad. Delivery, pick-up...can't beat the service, can't beat the prices.

The food was fine just not the delivery part I don’t understand how you can’t just come up and deliver if that’s what we tip for next time I’m just not going to tip if that’s the case what if someone has a health condition or something and you can’t come up and deliver? What’s the point of tipping if you’re not going to do it? On top of that no plates or napkins yeah no I always tip just for service not be satisfied.

The food was definitely kept under the heat rack for too long, and I came 5 mins early for pick up. All the delivery cars are wrecked, and customer service was poor. The cashier and manager acted irritated about getting and giving me change for a large bill. Over half of my steak hoagie buns were literally rock hard.. I hope they get it together, I get it everyone has their bad day but not everyone at once.

Paid for extra sauce on both of my pizzas. Recieved extremely dry pizza. Then my other pizza is somehow missing the entire middle ?? I don’t even understand. The delivery driver slung my pizza sideways out of the bag and my pizza that was missing the middle was completely lopsided and sunk in.

About what you’d expect from Dominos, although they always always leave the seasoning off the crust and it’s like half the reason to buy the pizza. they’ll put it on if you ask though so 🤷♂️

I just placed an order an hour ago it delivered on time, but you forgot an item which was one third of the entire order. It's a big deal because it's for hungry kids who haven't eaten all day. I call right back before the driver is barely out of view, and No one is answering. My problem is I'm in Virginia right now I'm not in Cincinnati to come to the store. I bought two medium two topping pizzas, ,and a pepporoni stuffed cheesy bread you forgot the bread but brought the ranch for it charged 33 dollars and I tipped 20%
