You either like Dominos or you don't, and I do like their 'Brooklyn-style' pizza. I pick mine up at the store instead of using delivery. The counter service some months ago ranged from being indifferent to rude. But two days ago a very experienced-looking guy (who was juggling 3 different work stations) was attentive, helpful, and demonstrated that he truly cared. I was genuinely pleased, So I'll be back.

They cancelled my order and threw it in the trash because they couldn’t break my $100 bill. They could have easily made change. It was Friday evening and several people paid with cash ahead of me. It wasn’t that they didn’t have the change, it was simply because they wanted to be stubborn. And they falsely claimed that it was Dominos policy to not break $100 bills lol. The cashier and store manager also appeared to be on hard drugs.

Very busy store, and they still manage to put out great quality Domino's with awesome attitudes. Additionally, they will happily rectify any discrepancies despite moving a mile a minute to keep up with the orders.

I had a craving for Domino's Pizza along with my daughter. Well, more so my daughter but I ordered online at 2:00 p.m. meaning to have it picked up at 3:00 p.m. I called the store knowing I messed up. Kyle, after speaking with the manager, offered to completely remake my order at 3:00 p.m. stating it would be no problem. That's above and beyond and something that definitely needs recognition. Way to go Kyle, the store 2370 keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back

Oh my goodness the gooey brownies with the fudge inside is so delicious I didn't eat it right away waited 2 days and I ended up putting them in the oven and I must say they tasted as if I just bought them the staff took pride in it and my daughter loved the

I was very disheartened when I purchased a hoagie for a man that was homeless, and that man told me he wasn’t allowed inside. I went inside to talk to the manager and tell him that I had purchased the hoagie under my name, and it was for the homeless man. The manager told me he plays the homeless part, which I know happens in this area a lot; however, I felt like that was extremely judgmental of him, and I didn’t know how he could possibly know that man’s personal circumstance. Furthermore, I don’t know why any business Would want to discourage customers from purchasing from their business and bringing income into their business. I felt like this was extremely judgmental, and it was saddening to me. Well, I like Domino’s Pizza, I don’t think I’ll purchase from this location again.

spent $30 in food that was not edible. i ordered delivery jan 28th and the food was thrown away. i couldn’t even eat it. i have submitted a complaint and no one has responded to me. the store won’t answer the phone either. it’s not right for you to take my money and for me to not receive proper food in exchange. this is unacceptable.
