This location absolutely sucks.. was told by the young man that sauce didn't come with the bites but he had pizza sauce on his face . Every since the one guy stopped working there it has been absolute trash.. the service and the food.. I will not be buying anything from this location ever again..

They gave me the wrong pizza and I called and said they can’t do anything about it and that their manager does not allow refunds. When I got to the store the same girl complained that too many people were calling making complaints. She then answered the phone for another customer claiming to be the manager that she previously said “wasn’t there.” Another costumer complained and said that they ordered brownies but received lava cakes. She then instructed her other coworker to lie and say that they’ve been out of lava cakes all day but she’s refuses to call every customer to tell them that. Completely unorganized and terrible costumer service

I used to avoid this dominos because it was so bad, but the last few times I’ve ordered from here it’s been completely different and SO much better!! Definitely give it another shot if you haven’t been here in a while :)

Terrible customer service. Forgot a topping on my pizza. Told me to come in for a credit the next day. When I tried calling to place order for my credit they wouldn’t answer the phone for an hour.
I showed up to the store to place my credit order and they said I needed a receipt when the order is literally in their system.
They ended up making my credit order wrong. They only put sausage on the pizza when there was suppose to be sausage, green pepper, black olive and onions.
Then he told me to put in a complain with corporate and said hopefully they shut down this location.
Also complained about the owner, cussing the whole time I sat there and waited.
Complained about me just wanting free food right to my face.
I WALKED OUT AND LEFT WITHOUT THE CREDIT ORDER.
I was completely disrespected.

Exceptional customer service. I decided to do the undone, get wings from a mid tier pizza joint. However I called in and asked to run them through the oven twice and boy am I glad I did! So much crispier and delish compared to usual sog dog. I think I will even say 3x in the future! When I called in the customer service associate answered promptly in a very kind and helpful fashion. Overall I’m pleased, however the new epic garlic stuffed crust- not so epic after all. Just average, Little Ceasers and Papa John’s does it better 🤷🏽♀️
I ordered pizza for dinner from Dominos, the only thing I ate that day. I had 3 slices around 8 pm and 3 hours later I started to get sick with abdominal issues. I continued to get sick throughout the night and into the next day (today) so I decided I should contact the store. I wasn't calling to complain, I called to warn them b/c they probably needed to throw away some ingredients. I was going to ask for a refund. I called 4 times (no answer) and got the manager. I said I was calling because I thought the pizza I consumed might have given me food poisoning. The manager was unapologetic, and showed no concern whatsoever. Instead he gave me attitude and told me all their ingredients were precooked so it was very unlikely the pizza made me sick. When I tried to give him more information (and request a refund) he interrupted me to say it wasn't that he didn't believe me, but all the ingredients are precooked. He said I should contact the Health department and if I did I should know it generally works out in their favor. My response was "wow" and he said yeah, good luck and hung up. So I have contacted the Health department like he told me to do.

Order delivery or the same thing I always get if I get a sandwich they sent me the totally wrong Sandwich. I had to call back at seven times to get a hold of somebody It would just ring ring ring and hang up. So when I get a hold of somebody they tell me they can't issue a credit or do anything about it I got to contact corporate I'm not wanting the keys to the city I just want my sandwich right that's why I ordered it cuz I'm hungry and I'm stuck here at work smh
