Staff here is willing to greatly inconvenience the customer rather than making things right. Ordered online where the website explicitly states that I can pay by credit card at location. Arrive at location and it turns out their system is down, and they require cash. They were kind enough (sarcasm) to tell me that there is an ATM down the street I can visit to get cash and return to pay for the food that has been ordered and already prepared and waiting on the shelf. I asked whether they would give me the food rather than throw it out since this was Dominoes issue. They refused.

The pizza has always been hot and accurate when we grab it. Some times its been a bit on the browser side but im actually fine with that. If you use the app you can get decent pricing with the coupons! My biggest gripe with this place is the parking lot and drive thru are difficult to navigate. They dont deliver to my location so we have to pick it up and the drive thru window is at such an awkward angle.

Worker name John was rude and inappropriate, work on 3rd shift. Was upset because I had credit pizza from my last time and didn’t want to give me my credit…. I feel like if y’all want customers to be happy or come back. Y’all should have better employee that knows how to talk to customer. Because calling customers asshole when I wasn’t being rude is not appropriate, and was not neede.
I don't know if Domino's made changes or what, but the pizza I got from this store was the worst pizza I've ever had. Minimal sauce, minimal cheese, just bad. I can't even tell if the people were nice because the pizza was so bad. Domino's normally makes my favorite pizza: Alfredo sauce, onions, spinach and hand made pan crust, but they changed the pricing for that and all I got was a thin layer of Alfredo on card board. Eat somewhere else.

The African manager threw a receipt paper At my face charged my card to pay for a order that wasn’t mine for 47$ and my food was only 32 dollars so I wanted the remainder of my money and my food was cold when I got home I wouldn’t recommend this dominos to anyone and that store needs new management if u don’t want to work don’t work but doing be disrespectful and rude to paying customer

Had pizza and a hoagie delivered last night. It wasn't hot or warm. The hoagie presentation was CRAZY! I can't believe they let it leave the restaurants looking like that. It also had a jalapeño on it, which I didn't ask for. I'm convinced it wasn't made fresh for my order. The pizza wasn't hot either and it wasn't even cut right. Based off of appearance alone we lost our appetites. The delivery driver also gave us the incorrect change. I feel like he knew it was the incorrect change but I'll give him a pass because it was only $2. Never ordering from the Springdale Domino's again
