Made an online order, the app said it was delivered but when I went to get it, order was nowhere to be found. Me and my roommate called the store multiple times (9 times) over the span of 2 hours, they never answered any of them.

I dont know what they did...but whatever they did to cut cost you can tell in anything you order. Its all disgusting slop which is a disappointment cuz domino's was a lot better before they changed the sauce. Everything taste the same. Such a shame.

This was unfortunately a very poor delivery experience. The driver, Kennedy, was extremely unprofessional and rude when delivering my order. The food arrived late and cold, and the customer service I received during the drop-off was completely unacceptable. Really disappointed with this particular interaction.

I don't know how u fused a sandwich to a box but never again with this store. They don't even pick up the phone. It just rings till it hangs up.

Called to place my order through the call center and everything went well. Called back and my call went the store. The guy was rude as hell. I asked him was this domino’s because I was so thrown off by the lack of professionalism. He replied yes. As I began my question he abruptly hung up. I called back seven times trying to correct my order before they began making it. Called them a total of ELEVEN TIMES!!! Each time I got hung up on. So I drove up there and stood in the lobby for a bit. Still calling and watching him hang up to proceed to sweep the floors. I asked him why he was not answering the phone and that I had already placed a b order but was calling to correct something. He gave me a BS excuse but I could literally hear the phone ringing from the door. I asked to speak to a manager and a guy by the name of Sam came to the counter. He was much more respectful and polite and apologized still blaming it on the call center when I literally watched the guy hang up. After I corrected my order and received my pizza I realized they game me and entirely wrong order. Brought it back inside where opened the box and showed him what I ordered vs what I got. I watched him take the pizza out of my hang and place it on the warmer and hand me the correct pizza. Got in the car and something told me taste the pizza…. Well now it had the WRONG CRUST!!! So at this point I’m over it. Save your time and save your money!!! I always have issues here when I order. Save yourself the hassle or chance it…. I won’t be back!

I my name is Latoya Stokes I mommy food tonight at Domino's in Spring Hill and it was two holes in a free brownie that I have to wait 2 hours just to get my food I cannot believe this Domino will show this type of experience to a customer that pay for their food in have to wait till 1:00 into this restaurant if a person that works at a pizza place with Domino's I would not order any food from this location in Springdale anymore because they doesn't even show great customer service to the public like how do you take someone money in their food doesn't get to their house to 1:00 when I only order two steak hoagies and but instead I have to wait 2 hours I can't believe this but I will be calling in the morning someone needs to really go up on Management on really talked to someone about how to build their restaurant and have great customer service and working in the puppies with people and delivering their food when it comes to a restaurant I can't believe Domino's in Springfield I will be calling in the morning to get my food man

Well, it's 11:33pm and my order has been in the prep stage for over 45 min now. I've called the store over 6 times and was hung up on every time. I even called like I was placing a new order and got the call center who connected me with the store and again, I was hung up on. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I've been in the food/hospitality and pizza industries my whole life. I will never be ordering from this store again, even if I have to drive farther away and pick it up. The manager Sam is the one who was supposed to be prepping our order and it never left prep stage. It's a good thing that we didn't pay for our order before delivery because we can't even get ahold of anyone at the store to answer, let alone fix the issue. This is really sad. Do better dominos!
