I've been to this restaurant location many times and everything was always very good. Tonight the service was horrible. We didn't get chips and salsa. We didn't get refills. The waitress didn't come back to check to see if we needed anything until we were about to leave after the manager served us and the table next to us. The manager took care of the refills. The manager offered up chips and salsa after we were done with our meal. The waitress came back as we were about to leave. I told her we were good because we were leaving. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

So when we went on vacation to Ohio and me and my partner ate here and yeah the food was great but the waiter we had was amazing. This was in October and I just think about him from time to time. I hope he has a good night. We had the best time and he made our night great ya know? If we ever find ourselves in Ohio again, will for sure be coming back. I wish I knew his name. He deserves everything good in the world to happen to him.

Pickup said ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later and was told they just received it. Eventually my food comes out and I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting to check out.Food wasn’t even prepared as I ordered, chimichanga not fried. Oh, if you order steak you’ll get ground beef.They’re very good at serving alcohol to people at the bar though. They’re very happy to help someone getting drunk but don’t expect any type of attention for carry out.Will never be back

Tonight I ordered the Seafood Burrito. Wow, best burrito ever, if you like grilled shrimp and scallops. When they say stuffed with shrimp and scallops they mean! stuffed. The grilled shrimp and scallops were better than the steakhouse nextdoor.Mango margarita was awesome.Service was excellent.I will be back again for this meal.
