Ordered sauce on the side, it got put on the sandwich instead anyway and so when I got it home the bread was soggy. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I’m super disappointed. When I worked for Donatos 20 years ago there were actual bacon strips on the sandwich. Now there’s whatever this is (see photo) - this is not bacon. It was picked out but the taste tainted the rest of the sandwich. Also ordered a large pepperoni pizza - there definitely weren’t edge to edge pepperonis, the crust tasted and looked a little under baked, and the pepperonis had a weird flavor. Makes me sad - I used to love Donatos and raved about the quality. No more.

This is by far my favorite pizza place, the pizza I get is simple, mushrooms, Xtra onion and green peppers, but the rest of the menu I've only had a few other things but they were also very good but the flavoring of the pizza is great and I personally love itVegetarian options: U can choose what u would like on your pizza, u don't have to get meatParking: Decent amountWheelchair accessibility: Not sure but u can get close to door

Ordered some pizza as a late bite for my friends and I. They convinced me it was better than larosas. But….Whoever delivered the pizza to me dropped it or maybe hit their brakes too hard and let it fall on the floor. Extremely poor delivery service.The pizza was literally folded in half and pieces were everywhere?This was a delivery so maybe the pizza is actually good inside. I’ll never know. Never going to order Donatos again anyway lol

Food was terrible. The bacon pizza had little to no cheese or bacon and looked like it was thrown across the room. The Bengals Twist bread wasn't twisted which is just lazy and the taste quality was not good at all. I've always gone to my local pizza shop for pizza and decided to try donatos this one time and I will most likely never do it again.

Ordered 3 meatball subs and we were extremely disappointed. There was hardly any marinara, so they were dry. I also paid for extra meatballs and cheese, and neither were on the sandwiches. Next time we'll stick to the tried and true pepperoni pizza.

Quality has gone drastically downhill over the years. We used to love their pizza but now it's just bleh. Always disappointed when we get our order. Please improve your ingredients and methods. There's definitely room for improvement.

Ordered large got small pizza. Worker didn't even try to address discrepancy. Figured out their online ordering is massively flawed. After my bad experience, went to order online....ordered 3 different sizes got same pricing. At checkout it doesn't confirm what size pizza you order. I won't be back, ashame because I like there pizza.

This store, is possibly the worst Donato's store in the tri-state area. The customer service is non-existant. The quality of the food is sub-par. Sad all around. I was a walk up Donato's customer for years, but after the recent experiences in northern KY and Cincinnati, I will never spend another dime in a Donato's.
