Ordered and said it had left the building. Mind you the store is less than 5 minutes from my house and 40 minutes later still no pizza. I called like 10 times and they wouldn’t answer. When they did they transfer me to a line that said application error (WTH) . Finally the delivery driver is in an apartment complex 3 houses from where I live. Pizza barely and sandwich barely warm. I’m done with Donatos!!!

I had a bad experience with their service. I ordered pizza online for few days later, they didn't delivery my foods. I called and waited for long time finally they answer. Employ told me to call their manager next day. This wasn't help me. Then doordash arrived few hours later and it was near to my bedtime!?!?!. That was so embarring. They need a pizza delivery; not doordash.

I ordered a pizza from this store and it was never delivered to me, when I called to ask where my food was, the manager said that it had already been delivered. I waited an hour more, and I called back to ask again where my food was once again. The manager then said that my food had been delivered by Doordash and that I would need to call them. My food was never delivered, and my inquiry was dismissed. I don't use Doordash, and I'm not ever going to. Donatos is the place I called, they literally robbed me for 34$ and a 10$ tip.

One hour past the promised/estimated time for delivery and it just got here. "The driver is lost." Thats what they told me when I called 45-minutes after the delivery time. What delivery driver doesn't use GPS?
This place has been mismanaged for YEARS. About every 1-2 years I forget how bad this place is ran and come get in the drive through to pick up my order. I arrive 5-10 minutes early. I sit in line for 30-45 minutes to get my order. By that time, my food has been sitting under the warmer and is no longer fresh. Looking at other posts, I am sure the owner will reply to this saying they will try to make it right. That is obviously a joke and nothing will change when I forget how poorly this place is run and try again.

Great steak hoagies...ordered pizza sause and cheese, not overcooked, bread not burnt, not a bunch of nonsense on the bun like other places that overkill the bread and you know who i mean. Hoagie filled the box it came in ( 8" x 4" ), which was a nice change from other places and tasted excellent.

This location is the only one in my area that'll deliver to my address and it's never on time barely warm and if I order anymore than one item I never get the full order something is forgotten or I'm told i didn't order it. I will never order from this location again, and don't get me started on door dash.

Do not eat here or order from here!! My order was way late. And incorrect. I asked if it would be discounted or free. After clearly explaining the issues, The driver then said "we are good" and gave me the food. He turned around and left. 2 hours later they called the police and said I stole the pizza. Unbelievable. And it was $42 for 1 pizza, cheese sticks and 2) 20 oz mt. Dews.!!!! Worst pizza delivery experience I ever had. I called to talk to a manager about the situation and was hung up on.
