Ordered hoagies and a pizza this evening for drive thru pick up. I arrive at the time that was listed on my confirmation email. I waited about 5 min for someone to come to the window, then they had me sit in my car to wait an additional 15 min for them to bring me my food. I'm pretty sure that didn't even start making my order until I arrived at the drive thru!!

Ordered extra sauce on hoagie but there wasn't any, also barely any onions. The pizza was a little off. It has been awhile since we've had donatos, and it wasn't great but okay.

Ordered and said it had left the building. Mind you the store is less than 5 minutes from my house and 40 minutes later still no pizza. I called like 10 times and they wouldn’t answer. When they did they transfer me to a line that said application error (WTH) . Finally the delivery driver is in an apartment complex 3 houses from where I live. Pizza barely and sandwich barely warm. I’m done with Donatos!!!
I had a bad experience with their service. I ordered pizza online for few days later, they didn't delivery my foods. I called and waited for long time finally they answer. Employ told me to call their manager next day. This wasn't help me. Then doordash arrived few hours later and it was near to my bedtime!?!?!. That was so embarring. They need a pizza delivery; not doordash.

I ordered a pizza from this store and it was never delivered to me, when I called to ask where my food was, the manager said that it had already been delivered. I waited an hour more, and I called back to ask again where my food was once again. The manager then said that my food had been delivered by Doordash and that I would need to call them. My food was never delivered, and my inquiry was dismissed. I don't use Doordash, and I'm not ever going to. Donatos is the place I called, they literally robbed me for 34$ and a 10$ tip.
