I love Donatos but this location is horrible. Each time I order it’s always something! Food not hot, wings not sauced, little toppings and even skimping on cheese. My pizzas looked like we ordered sauce and toppings only (which we didn’t) like where’s the cheese?!?!. Not to mention my “credits” are never entered and it’s a gamble each time. Idk what it is about this location. New management is needed. Donatos is not cheap!

Just picked up a pizza and it both looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heater. It wasn't even hot, the cheese was cold and stiff. When I called the lady told me she's been making them all day and it hadn't been sitting. I said okay. She right away said bye and hung up. I wasn't looking for a free pizza or anything but how about acknowledgement and I'm sorry you experienced this and offer a remake. From this experience alone I will never ever purchase food from Finneytown Donatos ever again.

We ordered Donato's last night, and now must live with this mistake for the rest of our lives. We first noticed something was off when the delivery was 30 minutes, then an hour late. My husband and I paced around the home like hungry lions. Nuts and fruit were delicately snacked upon, so as not to take up reserved pizza space. The clock ticked on. We busied ourselves. The table was set, silverware and condiments waiting, optimistically, for the pizza that just would not arrive. Candles burning down to nubs. Should we start the movie? We wondered. I stroked my massively pregnant belly, our unborn twins, I could tell, were starving. Begging for pizza. And I failed them by choosing Donato's -- our first major failure as parents. We tried calling Donato's, desperate for release from this purgatory. Just tell us if you're not coming so we can microwave this old burrito in the fridge and get it over with. Just tell us you messed up so we can start to move on and heal. But no answer ever came, a voicemail machine our only outlet, and it proved an insufficient one. Finally, when it was a full two hours late, I began to eat the burrito, my only offering to the twins. Then, of course, the pizza came. The salad we ordered was forgotten, the delivery guy told us we could take it up with Donato's. We sat around the table eating these mediocre squares, talking between bites about how much, now, we despise Donato's. Afterwards my tummy felt weird. The indigestion that comes from eating food you're actively angry about. Today the leftover pizza sits in its box in our fridge, printed with the Donato's slogan "every piece is important," making a mockery of the trials we went through to get it. Reminding us just how unimportant we are in the cold, unfeeling gaze of Donato's.

I ordered a pizza for me and my mom to pick up needless to say the order was wrong paid for toppings that were not there and other toppings on half that was supposed to be on the entire pizza. Not only was the order wrong when I called to tell them I was placed on hold by a manager for 10 mins and when I called back he says he was to busy to even speak to me and never offered to call me back . All Around terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I will never return worst 30.00 purchase ever

Ordered 3 large pizzas at 6:00pm Sunday $62.00 to be delivered. Delivery time was 6:40, pizzas were delivered at 7:40. Pathetic. No apology for being late. The store is 8 minutes from our house, but we were having a party and decided to have it delivered.?

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they did NOT make the pizza using the scale. The pepperonis weren’t touching. Sad because we paid for the Donatos pizza experience of plenty of topping.

Got a big Don Italian sub. Extra cheese and Extra ham just like I always do. I haven't had one in a long time and they are my absolute favorite. I never expect very much when ordering extra anything because I know it's hard these days to please everyone. But this time was a bit different. I paid extra for the meat and cheese but the extra meat just wasn't there. It's 2:30 pm at the Finnytown location and you guys just ruined my day.Oh yea almost forgot! That big fat Lettuce log was kinda funny.
