Pizza arrived more than ten minutes earlier than estimated time frame, and the delivery driver generously delivered our pizza straight to our hotel room door! Talk about customer service! This was a great experience and we appreciated the very kind delivery driver who delivered our pizza about 45 minutes before they closed. Keep up the good work!!

Great pizza. One of the best I ever had. I used a corporate card and the receipt did not make it with delivery. I called and they sent me a copy to my phone. What a great staff. Thanks Donotos!!

Tried to order delivery directly from their website. Apparently they delivered to the wrong house and never tried to contact me or knock on the door.

Updated: I had the new Bakery Crust pizza for the first - and last - time. The crust was overcooked and dry and the toppings were sparse. (See update below). My wife and I ate one slice each, scraped the toppings off another piece each and ate only the toppings, and threw the rest in the garbage. This was the worst pizza I have ever had at Donato’s. Even if the crust had not been overcooked, it still would not have been as good as the regular thin crust. Otherwise, the service was good as always.
Update: I received the following response from Donato’s in an email. “I wanted to reach out about your experience with our new crust. The toppings are not like our normal pizzas, this pizza gets a lot less toppings than what everyone is used to from us. I’m sorry you and your wife did not have a great experience with it. I hope this does not steer you away from us. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.”

Ordered before closing and got an online confirmation that they were delivering my order. However I got no call or notification that they were closing. Once the delivery time was past and nothing was here tried calling and no pickup. I assume at this point they just ignored my order. Would have been nice to have been given a heads up that they weren’t delivering. I better get a refund.
