Let me start by saying, this is one of our favorite pepperoni pizza restaurants. I have ordered here for years and still will, with one exception, the iced breadsticks. I saw how burnt they were and showed them to the manager, She informed me they were cooked to the specifications of Donatos. I agreed to try these "Reward" deserts. No "Reward" here. They were "Burnt" on the ends leaving about half of the middle edible. Pizza - GreatIced Breadsticks - HorribleAnd the worst part is they know it and will not make changes.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and spent 24 dollars for it. It not only was missing a topping it arrived nearly 2hrs later and was as cold as mud. I called to complain and someone said,” sorry about that”and hung up on me! I’ve never had any food service establishment conduct themselves in that manner. I will never return!

Figured after giving donatos a chance last week and it went ok I’d try again. Literally can’t get the same meal as I got four days ago. Manager sends trainee to the register and listens as he gives bad info but doesn’t correct him until I was walking out. I kept going. Don’t mess with at lunch. I literally do not have the time. Done with Donatos

Called for delivery. Because of short staffing only carryout was available. I arrived 8 minutes after closing. Did not get my order. No one came to the door!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have it!

Pizza was delicious! I had the hot chicken, cheese, and pepperoni and loved them all. I love that even though it's pizza, it's thin and doesn't feel super heavy and tiring after eating.
You can't beat the pepperoni pizza here! Yum! Even my mom likes Donatios pepperoni pizza the best and she just moved to Cincy recently. I got a free meal this time because this location has a rewards card they mark off each time I order a combo meal. You just have to remember to give them the card each time.Vegetarian options: You can select what you want on your pizzaKid-friendliness: Contained space. Can't easily break anything. No playground available though.Parking: Large parking area due to multiple businesses on siteWheelchair accessibility: Park close to the store and go right in. The only negative is I did not see an automatic handicap door opener.Dietary restrictions: Again, you can select what you want on your food.

Ordered a pizza and boneless wings. Pizza was cold and wings were served with the sauce on the side. The packet of ranch that came with it was the hottest part of the order. Wrote a complaint to corporate and was given a credit. Called the store and they couldn't find the credit until my wife read the email from their regional. The second pizza came just as cold and underdone as the first one. Was told I could call and speak directly to the GM to get a refund and be done, however I wasn't able to call the next morning which was the time given to me due to work. Have reached out to the regional twice more to inquire about another time to reach out and have yet to get a response two weeks later. Ill just make a frozen pizza next time... at least I know it be hot.

Delivered my two calzones 15 minutes late. Calzones were cold and no marinara sauce in the box. what is the point of eating a calzone with no marinara dipping sauce? Called the business. The only thing that guy had to say who answered the phone was "I'm sorry". Yeah he's sorry and so is this pathetic pizza place. They will not be getting any more of my business and I will be sure to let everyone and anyone know how bad they su@k.
