wont answer phone here then ask to order online but website will not let you order half pep and half cheese grays out the add to cart button. forces you yo add a 2nd topping. 20 minutes on hold. Will never attempt to order again. just close the store down if you cant answer your phone. How can you even report an issue with your food. lol

This review is specifically for the Cincinnati location on Vine Street. I haven't had Donatos in years. I ate it every day my senior year at Ohio State. We don't live near one so any time we are in a location that has one, it's the first place we go. We walked into this location, took a look and walked right back out. It's literally filthy. There must be no health department in Ohio because this place should be shut down. It's too bad that Donatos doesn't keep better control over it's franchisees.
