Everytime you place an order online they never have the pizza made they claim they don’t see the order, just letting orders come through without paying attention. I place an order for delivery at 3 which said it’ll be here by 3:45, 20 mins go by with no update just for them to say they’re waiting on doordash with no updates or email as they claim should be sent. it’s always something with this location.

This is the second time that we have ordered from this Donatos’s location, in which we have not received our actual pizza. We will receive all the sides, but no pizza. The first time I thought it had to do with DoorDash, on my own personal account, but then my husband‘s account, the same exact thing happened. I think that there may be a problem with Donatos’s kitchen, getting pizzas and orders together for their DoorDash delivery, people. I will not be ordering from Donatos in the future, nor will I be using DoorDash, because if you offer a service, you should be able to follow through with it instead of making someone run back to the store to pick up a pizza that they ordered for delivery. Figure it out folks. Dear consumers, don’t order delivery from Donatos. P.s. upon picking up the pizzas they were… c.o.l.d. and a hard slice to swallow.

Their online ordering system didn’t work, we then sat for 15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to take the call. We finally decided to order through door dash. After doing so, they gave our dasher the incorrect order. The (incorrect) pizza was also cut horribly, and slices were completely uneven.
do not buy from any of the space cowboys stores. The space cowboys treat their employees like hell. The owner called me useless when came in to demote me. When something bad happens they will always try to find a way to blame it on a staff member. That has created allot of issues in the stores. They have gotten rid of almost all the front line workers that really cared for the brand. If you want donatos you will need to find one that is not owned by space cowboys
