We tried Donatos for the first time tonight and while I'd like to like it, they messed our order up. The crust for my pizza was not what I ordered, they gave me garlic breadsticks instead of cheese bread sticks, spicy nacho cheese instead of a garlic cup, and my husband's sandwich wasn't made correctly.
Not a good impression and we probably won't try Donatos again.

Not much hospitality. Life is too expensive to go out to eat and get served like this. I went to this restaurant with my two little kids, expecting to have a good lunch on a beautiful day and the edges were all burned. There was not many pepperoni or cheese, and it was not cut all the way through. Then I had to wait after an all ready long wait for plates when I was clearly eating in and they had no water cups. My pizza at home is WAY better.

Updated: Donatos was kind and sent me a store credit. Ordered pizza tonight but didn’t receive a phone call when food arrived I checked and it was cold not sure how long it was sitting there for.

I order a pizza for when I got off work at the nearby Shell station. 45 minutes later the driver shows up. Our store closed 15 minutes earlier. I took my pizza home, opened the box and discovered the entire top of the pizza was black, (Overcooked). This was a large chicken Mariachi pizza. they are not cheap. I will never order anything from a Donato's anywhere.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up our take out order to get it home and find it was not prepared well at all. I was very disappointed and phoned the store the next day. The general manager, Frank, answered and was extremely understanding and apologetic for our experience. He went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered again this evening and it was the donatos pizza I know and love! I even got to meet Frank in person and thank him for treating us so well and making it right. If you have a problem with your experience I encourage you to call and speak to Frank!
This location just keeps getting worse. Quoted delivery times are always off. They use Door Dash for delivery. The driver didn't even have a pizza bag. My food arrived cold and it wasn't even right. Called the store only to find out it's a generic call center. They can't see your order so they have to transfer you to the actual store, where they don't pick up the phone. You end up paying too much for less than mediocre food.

I have order from this place several times and this is the last straw. I spent 65 through door dash on a large honey hot pepperoni pizza. And yet again i am CHARGED for the extra honey cheese sauce and pepperoni but none of it is on the pizza. Not a drop of honey the same amount of cheese it usually is and no extra sauce. Even the pepperoni was basic. I dont know what kinda of scam this location is running but this is not how you treat your customers. You are charging money for extra toppings and for it being a specialty pizza and delivering on none of it. Update: Responded to link and haven’t heard anything yet. Its been about 4 days so far

When my pizza arrived it was literally folded like a taco inside the box. My 5 cheese sauces were all pulled out of the fridge and arrived at probably 50⁰. Called over and over again to be hung up on every single time. Don't waste your time calling back, they don't care. Lost my money, hope your owners happy with you employees because I'd fire you all.
