I order a pizza for when I got off work at the nearby Shell station. 45 minutes later the driver shows up. Our store closed 15 minutes earlier. I took my pizza home, opened the box and discovered the entire top of the pizza was black, (Overcooked). This was a large chicken Mariachi pizza. they are not cheap. I will never order anything from a Donato's anywhere.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up our take out order to get it home and find it was not prepared well at all. I was very disappointed and phoned the store the next day. The general manager, Frank, answered and was extremely understanding and apologetic for our experience. He went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered again this evening and it was the donatos pizza I know and love! I even got to meet Frank in person and thank him for treating us so well and making it right. If you have a problem with your experience I encourage you to call and speak to Frank!

This location just keeps getting worse. Quoted delivery times are always off. They use Door Dash for delivery. The driver didn't even have a pizza bag. My food arrived cold and it wasn't even right. Called the store only to find out it's a generic call center. They can't see your order so they have to transfer you to the actual store, where they don't pick up the phone. You end up paying too much for less than mediocre food.

I have order from this place several times and this is the last straw. I spent 65 through door dash on a large honey hot pepperoni pizza. And yet again i am CHARGED for the extra honey cheese sauce and pepperoni but none of it is on the pizza. Not a drop of honey the same amount of cheese it usually is and no extra sauce. Even the pepperoni was basic. I dont know what kinda of scam this location is running but this is not how you treat your customers. You are charging money for extra toppings and for it being a specialty pizza and delivering on none of it. Update: Responded to link and haven’t heard anything yet. Its been about 4 days so far

Inside Out Home Remodeling
When my pizza arrived it was literally folded like a taco inside the box. My 5 cheese sauces were all pulled out of the fridge and arrived at probably 50⁰. Called over and over again to be hung up on every single time. Don't waste your time calling back, they don't care. Lost my money, hope your owners happy with you employees because I'd fire you all.
They did not get the order right, could not wait so had to cancel.

This experience was awful! Been waiting for an order for more than hour, but was told it would take 15-25 minutes. When asked the tentative time frame in which food would be delivered manager stated that “pizza was still in the oven, and would wait additional time for door dash to pick up my order.” The manager was extremely rude, and wasn’t helpful whatsoever and hung up on me! Will never go back!!!

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order. Maybe if Donatos paid their employees they wouldn't quit and leave only one person working? Maybe they'd make a better product if they paid their employees to care? How much does the CEO of Donatos make? Anyway, I wouldn't order from here. Go to a local place. Just as fast, better ingredients, and you don't support a company that exploits their workers and pays them so little they quit.
