The guy in the cashier or the owner was really rude, he yelled at me because I ask about the size of the plates
We Always order takeout. Though the prices have increased a bit, the food is always good and made quickly

This place is a gem, the food is amazing. I got takeout and everything was still hot by the time I got home to eat. Not only was the food amazing, but the portions are huge for the price. The restaurant is pretty small and the interior is dated but I was welcomed by the cashier and helped promptly. The menu is quite large, so deciding took some time but they will likely have your favorite Chinese dish. Highly recommend the crab rangoons, vegetable lo mein, and general tso chicken.

They wouldn't let me place an order, based on them not being able to tell me store location. Very bad service
ALOT of people don't or didn't like their food but mine was ok, it was fresh and hot ? when it came plus they got the best crab ragoons then other restaurants I been. If they can continue to make food fresh and cooked right people would give better comments. Plus I been seeing people don't like the service when they pick up, saying the people work there are rude..? Wow hope you guys can give better service if it's true. So far my food was good. I tried to take a photo but it didn't go through. Maybe.

Cashier was extremely rude! I asked him a question regarding the menu and he shouted at me and threw the menu on the counter. I asked him not to speak to me in that disrespectful tone. My Granddaughter and I were in disbelief. He continued to be rude so we left the establishment and decided not to eat there. Another customer who was waiting for his food, also said that the Cashier was very rude to him also. He said that he threw his change on the counter. Other customers shook their heads in disapproval of this man's behavior. I will not be returning to eat at Double Dragon II in Norwood, OH.
Horrible customer service they act like they doing you a favor for coming to the restaurant no thank you no smile just act like you bothering them I am not spending my money at this place ever again

Ordered a p/u by phone today peppersteak and rice combo. It was hot but disgusting. It came with fried rice and an egg roll. The owner ,I assume / cashier was rude. He was not inviting at all. The rice was yellow rice with old frozen discolored peas(that was turning white) and carrots. Yellow rice not fried at all. The eggroll was old and nasty. He gave me 2 packets of soy sauce. There was a sign saying, "extra sauces cost xtra". ( soy sauce, duck sauce ect) I asked him for 3 more packs in which he didn't charge me but he took a deep breath as if he was aggravated that I needed more. Didn't say thank you nor gave me my receipt. It should be called onion steak instead of peppersteak because there was only 3 cuts of green bell peppers in it. The sauce was a barbeque sauce consistency for 10 dollars and some change. The portion was the size of a tv dinner. The plastic container the food came in was the best part . I wish I would have check the reviews beforehand. Will not be returning, nor will I referr this place to anyone. I give them a .5 not even a 1. Wasted my money

Oh boy, where do I even start. Upon entering you experience a Papa's pizzeria level of decoration. Almost as if... someone had to used their tips to decorate. This would not be an issue if the person at the counter was friendly, but he's not, in fact he was quite unfriendly to my brother. My brother WAS a frequent customer, but now that the prices have risen, the decore is minimal and the service is absolutely terrible, we will NOT be coming back. There will be struggles when running a restaurant, but please pick ONE. Hopefully you can take this advice to heart and change for the better.

No one stops in for the atmosphere. Decent amount of food for an $8.50 lunch but mostly fried rice and veggies in the Mongolian beef.

I’ve been a customer for years. Consider the food pretty good & glad the restaurant is local.Today, very disappointed in service. The older gentleman who waited on me seemed to be in bad mood. Could tell he was having words with another employee.He asked my name for my pickup order. Gave it to him twice. Told him I can show my order in phone. Then, he cops an attitude & says I should show my order on phone. I’m like what the heck as I just told you I could. Got my order but I did say that you all need to be consistent in requesting to show order on phone. My past pickup orders I haven’t been asked but I ask if they need to see it. They just ask my name & sometime phone number. Maybe it’s time to go to the Blue Gibbon. Really getting fed up with how restaurants have poor service / treatment to customers.
