I delivered an instacart order to them yesterday which Included 5 gallons of oat milk I even went out of my way and had one of the workers at Kroger go in the back and get them for me which I didn't even have to do and then load them all up, among some other items, and drive it to them right. Before they opened which is probably how they were able to get through service tonight without running out of everything, during rush hour I should mention..I took the order because it was supposed be 16 bucks and then after I delivered it to them, I was even early arriving, they removed the tip which was half my pay. .. 😕 not cool WARNING DELIVERY DRIVERS: DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE

I have tried three times in the recent days taro, brown sugar. Both of them doesn’t taste as they used to. I paid for extra bubbles but the quantity is similar to the standard one.
The closing time is mentioned 9pm and 9:30pm during the week but they seem to close early like 7:30pm and sometimes they say no bubbles available at that time.
My humble request to you is please re-train the staff to maintain its original standard. Thank you.

ordered once before and the drinks were AMAZING. as someone who used to live in california, i was so pleased with the tea and how authentic and delicious it was. i ordered again today and i literally think i was given two 16 oz ice waters. my oolong tea was ice water with food coloring and my jasmine tea was ice water with hints of perfume. i also got 70% sweetness and there wasn't even a hint of sugar. they also forgot to add my toppings of salted cream on both drinks (although its printed on the cup sticker). i honestly had to dump both down the drain. completely unsalvageable. i have never in my life had to dump tea like that down the drain. i feel like a disappointed and angry uncle iroh from the avatar... like i wanna start my own tea business in ba sing se and replace this shop from ever serving tea again. inconsistent and sloppy drink making. do you even train your workers or do we just pick people up off the street and hire them for the day? yuck.

Absolutely love this place. It’s a comfort when up at Children’s for our son , the drinks are always amazing. Espically the brown sugar and the roasted oolong. I will say I wish there was bigger cups!! I’d pay the extra dollar or few to get some more because it’s so good it’s gone in 10 minutes. Or just a lite ice option on doordash. Either way 10/10 boba

Came in to try their boba tea and it was perfectly prepared. Not too sweet nor unflavorful. It was right in the sweet spot! They can go a bit more generous on the extra tapioca. The barista is a ravens fan but she made up for it with a perfectly made boba tea!

Cute little hole in the wall bubble tea place just off UC campus in the Calhoun district. Huge menu of bubble tea selection. Order from the computer or at the counter. It's mostly carryout although there is a counter you could sit at and drink your tea. Usually several students are in the place at any given time.

I got everyone boba for my friend's birthday. service was great, it came extremely fast and we ordered like five teas 😭 I absolutely love the sticky notes that you can draw on and put them on the wall, it's so charming and fun! (I drew Weezer!) as always, it tasted delish. it's been months since I came since it's pretty far out from my house, but it was so worth it oh my gosh. I heavily recommend the galaxy boba slush thing, but it can be kinda sweet (I'd get 70% sugar.)
