Love my Dunkin! Everyone here is absolutely awesome and almost always smiling. You are usually in and out pretty quick, and my coffee is great. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great too!

Went through the drive thru and ask for no jelly munchkins and got 5 donuts out of 10. Also ask for a large latte and got a medium then ask for an exchange and got an attitude back. No more Colerain Dunkin for me!

Only one person working. Let me sir in drive thru for 10min before saying he wasn't serving customers today, yet seeing someone walk out with a drink when I leave. This dunken is awful, has been for a while. Just go somewhere else.

A morning I needed a hot coffee the most, frequent this dunkin because it's close to where I work, I'm very polite to those handling my food and beverage anyway I get my total $5.08, get to the window, counted 8 pennies ahead time and 5 bill, could tell off top the cashier was annoyed I had 8 pennies ( miscounted a penny short) smh long story short coffee has old creamer floating all around in my coffee plus the heavy set guy that wears a cap all the time handed me my food with a smirkist grind, yeah I threw it all away, NEVER getting my business again.

We went through the drive thru. The regular lemonade doesn't taste anything like lemonade. The kiwi lemonade wasn't good either. The cake donuts weren't tasty and the bagel with cream cheese was just ok.

So this Dunkin is great the one on Winton Rd... The Dunkin on coke rain Ave was terrible terrible terrible I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino I don't know what they gave me. My reviews are usually good but being honest is being honest. Not only that the drive thru is very choppy I mean a lot of bumps I almost tore my tires going through the drive through alone
