I hate being this guy BUT this is the 3rd day in a row it’s happened. Not even including the several times since the drinks debut. I am OBSESSED with the Dunkalatte. I get it basically everyday sometimes more than once. I also ask for less ice every single time as I work in the lot of this Dunkin at another business so sometimes it takes me a while to finish my coffee and I don’t want it watered down. I also know all about the fact you get more when you ask for less ice. Originally when I started getting my Dunkalatte handed to me with a huge empty gap at the top of the cup I’d ask them to top it off knowing they’re supposed to top it with coffee milk to make up for the lack of ice. At this point I’ve grown tired of it. In what world is it okay to hand someone a large cup and thats got THIS much empty? Am I the only one that finds it to be common sense to top off the cup with more of something to make up for less ice? At this point I’m just over it. The workers are always friendly to me but at this point I think I’m gonna find a new favorite drink somewhere down the road from my work. I don’t mind driving a little more for consistency. 🤷♂️

They refused to sell me hot food at 2:45. They dont close for another 4 hours but the manager said they turn their ovens off between 2:30 and 3 because they throw away a lot of food. I could understand if it was like 6 or something. Why have afternoon eats on your sign then. Do better

Oven apparently broken. Ordered 2 loaded hashbrown cups, a croissant sandwich, a snackin bacon and 2 small frozen drinks, one of which was only 3/4 full . Sandwich was made wrong and we didn't get our hashbrowns cups due to oven issue, which I understand is out of their control. They forced 2 glazed donuts on us as compensation. Refused a credit or refund and said we could come back on Friday. This location is usually decent. Today they dropped the ball. Very disappointed.
Love my Dunkin! Everyone here is absolutely awesome and almost always smiling. You are usually in and out pretty quick, and my coffee is great. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great too!
Every time I order stuff bagel minis they’re hard.

Went through the drive thru and ask for no jelly munchkins and got 5 donuts out of 10. Also ask for a large latte and got a medium then ask for an exchange and got an attitude back. No more Colerain Dunkin for me!
