Don't sleep on these young people in customer service! Shya at this Dunkin Donuts, a young employee made my day, even though I forgot to stop at the speaker to place my order! She wasn't mad, she took my order with a smile! The coffee was nice and hot and always good! There are still young adults that know how to give excellent customer service! Thank you Shya.

I hate being this guy BUT this is the 3rd day in a row it’s happened. Not even including the several times since the drinks debut. I am OBSESSED with the Dunkalatte. I get it basically everyday sometimes more than once. I also ask for less ice every single time as I work in the lot of this Dunkin at another business so sometimes it takes me a while to finish my coffee and I don’t want it watered down. I also know all about the fact you get more when you ask for less ice. Originally when I started getting my Dunkalatte handed to me with a huge empty gap at the top of the cup I’d ask them to top it off knowing they’re supposed to top it with coffee milk to make up for the lack of ice. At this point I’ve grown tired of it. In what world is it okay to hand someone a large cup and thats got THIS much empty? Am I the only one that finds it to be common sense to top off the cup with more of something to make up for less ice? At this point I’m just over it. The workers are always friendly to me but at this point I think I’m gonna find a new favorite drink somewhere down the road from my work. I don’t mind driving a little more for consistency. 🤷♂️
