The sausage Croissant breakfast sandwich was SO good. As well as the snackin' bacon and Hashbrowns. Service was very nice. I'm glad I decided to stop and try this place! And of course, I had to get a bavarian cream donut ?! Good Job, Dunkin'. Thank you!

Everytime I've gone into this location I've had a bad experience! They've gone through quite a few managers & employees... But yet they're all still very rude & make rules up as they go. They never greet me or other customers when I'm in there, they don't smile & they're not happy or kind about anything... They all act like they hate their job...The current manager has sold me a cup of caramel previously without me purchasing anything else, she made a huge deal about doing it, saying she's not supposed to sell me caramel... Fast-forward to the last time I was there, she refused to sell me the caramel & said I would need to buy a coffee so shes able to go in there & charge me for it... Mind you I'm talking about a pup cup with some caramel in it... But I wasn't going to buy any coffee from here either bc nobody knows how to make it the right way.

Hi I've ordered a couple cups of hot caramel macchiatos. The macchiato consists of several shots of expresso and some milk. Every single time the expresso taste horrible, like burnt and old and extremely gross. Also my "hot" cup of coffee is Luke warm at best. WOW!!

Just bought 4 blueberry muffins and they are still raw in the middle. And how the main thing you sell are donuts and muffins and they are always out no matter what day I go. But when I can get a muffin it's usually very good.

God I wish I could leave less, every single time I come here every few months (to give it a chance) my order is NEVER RIGHT even after I point it out they will continue to give me the wrong stuff. They made a mocha frappe without mocha and then made it correctly but my cappuccino was a frappe? And they told me it was the cappuccino when I obviously did not order that and I hate this place every. Single. Time. They can’t get it together and literally the purpose is to make coffee and I’ve never gotten a correct coffee in like 3 years cuz they’re so horrible

Always out of milk. Either chocolate, or white. Seems as if whoever orders the milk needs to be retrained or let go because it's freaking dumb for a donut place to always be out of milk.

They were very busy this morning and the girl at the speaker told me they are short staffed. All the workers are working their butts off to make each customer happy and they were rocking it. They’re always so nice when I come. My coffee I got was the best one ever and the bagel minis were delicious!!! Thank you dunkin!

Usually I try not to come to this Dunkin just because I know as of recently that the drive thru isn’t as fast anymore like it was when the previous manager was there. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but I went through the drive through at 7:40am and there was a very long line. Line wasn’t moving, I didn’t get to the speaker to place my order until 8:05am. They didn’t say anything when I pulled up. I sat there for about 5 min or so until I decided to leave.

Slowest Dunkin on the planet. I keep having high expectations of this place because it's on my way to work. I'm just setting myself up for disappointment. I always place my coffee mobile order on my way, so at least 10 min prior to arrival. Plenty of time to pour the coffee and add cream and pump of syrup. You would think! I always have to sit in the drive through 15 minutes before getting to the call box and then at least another 5- 6 min to get to the window. Then they NEVER hand me or ask me about the correct order. I ALWAYS have to tell them again what my mobile order name is and what the order was. What's the point of stopping at the call box if you're just going to ask me again? This is not good customer service. Do better! Train your staff better! Have a more organized system to the drive through process. This morning I left without my order because I had already been sitting there for 20 min and when I got to the window they hadn't made my coffee yet. They told me to pull forward to the next window and I sat there for another 5 min so I just left. This is place is ridiculous! Save yourself some frustration and just don't come here for coffee.
