Everytime I'm here they mess me or my partner's order up in some way. The staff is super friendly so you may have to give them a few tries to get it right š¤·š½.

There seems to have been a turnover of staff. I didn't recognize anyone except for one girl. I had to take my sandwich back twice because they didn't cook it enough. The first time I took it back I told him it wasn't cooked. It was really nasty. I would recommend staying away from this place for a while. Also the lines are longer than they've ever been. Likely due to a very inexperienced staff. Some of them need additional training because what they got wasn't enough. I think I'm done with Dunkin for a while.

I went to the Dunkin by my job to get a iced tea and it tasted like cleaners were in it or some kind of chemical in it. I instantly threw it away and called so it wouldnāt happen to anyone else and the lady got rude. So needless to say I will not be back to this one because Iām not trying to get sick an die over a stupid chemical in the tea. I suggest you guys fix this because youāre gonna hurt someone eventually.

My coffee is terrible! Yāall donāt know how to make coffee. How hard is it to read what the customer wants and put it in the coffee? My coffee looks like you put one cream of sugar in there and I asked for four. I also asked for four shots of the pumpkin world and it looks and taste like you didnāt put that much in there

Usually this is my go-to Dunkin, but over the last few weeks the service has gotten so slow. Today is 9/21 a Saturday and they are literally taking 1 car at a time. I've been sitting in this line for over 15 minutes. Multiple cars are waiting behind me. Many are leaving. my gas is being wasted and I'm losing money with no apology from the staff. Thinking of trying Bigby and leaving this particular Dunkin behind. If I decide to come back to this location, I'll consider updating my review.

I was unhappy with my drink and the staff re made my drink for me no questions asked, very sweet girls. I come to this Dunkin almost every morning and they always have me leaving with a smile on my face.

When putting donuts in the bag, please leave it in the wax paper and stop putting the donuts just in the bag, all the icing rubs off the donuts and is all on the bag an now its trash.
