I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with cold foam from Dunkin today, and the drink took quite a while to be made. It didn’t look like it usually does, and when I tasted it, there was no brown sugar or oat milk flavor— just bitter espresso. It seemed like the brown sugar syrup was completely missing. Very disappointed with this experience.

Always come here before dropping my kids off at school I wish they'd bring back the cereal milk latte haha turkey sausage egg and cheese english muffin is always a go to for my kids. The line is always pretty fast. If u have the app and paying cash always scan your loyalty card in the app those points add up!

I was never into Dunkin before this location opened because everything I got at other locations was always meh. I started going here the second it opened and never stopped. I order probably 4-5 times a week. The people are so nice, the coffee is always consistent and great, and I’ve never had a single issue. Thank you all for everything you do! We love you so much. 🧡

The drive thru here is absolute worst. They gave me the wrong order entirely.

Only two people inside when I arrived to get six donuts. Plenty of workers making drinks, etc, but no one waiting on counter. After several minutes of waiting, someone came up from back and did offer to help. I got my donuts, but by now the lobby had 10+ people waiting. I went to move my car and leave, but the drive up line was out to the street and no one would let me back up! I finally got out of my car and asked a person in drive up line to let me out. He was hesitant to do it but finally agreed. I have been by several times since and the line can be out onto Harrison Ave. Not sure how this can be improved, but they will lose customers if they can't park.
I had a Dunkin coupon from #FCCINCY that they said was invalid. This was not the first time that this has happened.
This time I ask for a jelly filled donut and a cup of iced coffee, actually I got 2 donuts for the price of one. The coffee was excellent but the donuts were old and dry. Surprise!
I wonder where they are made.

I typically don’t go to Dunkin too often because it’s never consistent but this location has 1000% won me over. Drinks are consistory good and the workers are always the friendliest!!

Ain’t never been to a betta Dunkin, especially since I know they DONT have Swiss cheese. Because they DONT offer Swiss cheese. Wendy’s puts SWISS CHEESE on CROISSANTS. NOT Dunkin. Because they literally DONT have Swiss cheese
