Be sure to count your money in front of the cashier. My order came to $5.15 and I gave the guy $6. He closed his drawer and walked off. I said excuse me you forgot my change, he told me I only gave him $5. I said no I gave you $6..you even got rung up as paid $6 and change of .85¢ The manager said just give her the .85¢ then proceeded to put in .85¢ out of his pocket…no big deal he said. I told him to count his drawer…bc if I only gave him $5 he would have asked for the additional .15¢. I think he thought I was going to give him another dollar and increase the tip…which I do not give for walk up take out service. Just make sure cashier sees you counting out how much you giving them. Dollar here…dollar there…it all adds up. Not with me it don’t. Plus my food was not good. Other places to go.

The Dunkin location give you warm coffee, where they do that at???? When I buy coffee, I expect it to be hot, and the men working in there are not very friendly, I won't be returning to this location

I ordered a hot decaf coffee with stevia and vanilla syrup. I got a fully caffeinated coffee with no sweetener.How hard is it to get a simple order correct? I have a health condition that makes me sensitive to caffeine and was sick most of the day. This location is a joke.
Dietary restrictions: Don't bother - they don't care about actually serving decaf.

The staff was friendly but really slow. I ordered a grilled cheese pesto sandwich and not only did he forget the cheese, he forgot the top part of my sandwich. I didn’t see it until after I drove away. How do you mess up that bad?? Wasted money.
Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. It has a good interior. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.
