The Dunkin location give you warm coffee, where they do that at???? When I buy coffee, I expect it to be hot, and the men working in there are not very friendly, I won't be returning to this location

I ordered a hot decaf coffee with stevia and vanilla syrup. I got a fully caffeinated coffee with no sweetener.How hard is it to get a simple order correct? I have a health condition that makes me sensitive to caffeine and was sick most of the day. This location is a joke.Dietary restrictions: Don't bother - they don't care about actually serving decaf.

The staff was friendly but really slow. I ordered a grilled cheese pesto sandwich and not only did he forget the cheese, he forgot the top part of my sandwich. I didn’t see it until after I drove away. How do you mess up that bad?? Wasted money.

Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. It has a good interior. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

The workers were extremely nice and everything came out FAST. I haven't been to Dunkin in years because its not my go to coffee spot however, I was drawn in by the limited pink velvet macchiato. It came out fast and was just as delicious as I expected. In a great location just to stop by and grab a drink quickly.

I visit this Dunkin ALL THE TIME - literally as often as I can. I am from the Northeast and if y'all know anything, Dunkin is the only coffee that exists. I have loved visiting this location - partially because it is THE ONLY ONE IN DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI / NKY - but also because the service is great! It is definitely busy during peak times and the line can be long, but you can always order via the app on your phone (which I do 95% of the time) and you can skip the line and pick up your coffee from the nice little "online order" stand on the side of the order counter. Also I wouldn't be doing Dunkin justice if I didn't talk about all the AMAZING deals they have on their app - like FREE COFFEE every time the Bengals or Cyclones win?! OKAY. And 50% Iced Coffee 2 PM - close?! I'll take that any day! Or $2 off lattes?! Like these deals can't be beat! And this doesn't even hit the free drinks you get once you hit 200 points from ordering on the app - some days orders are worth double points too! And let's not even get started on the regular price of coffee here - SO much cheaper than Starbucks! Literally Dunkin as a company is just amazing and these deals you can't beat! Recommend to anyone and everyone - I mean, America does Run on Dunkin! Ratings on the Morgan Scale: Experience: 10/10 Drink Price: 10/10 Food Price: 8/10
