The young lady waiting on me accidently dropped the donut, which was the last of its kind, on the floor. She offered to buy me a different kind of donut because of it and pay out of her own pocket. Which was extremely sweet.
This location is so busy that they cant keep up. I frequent the North bend location. They don't acknowledge people when they enter for mobile orders and they just keep making orders while they have a line of individuals waiting for there order. Arent you trying to get them out. You have to ask for your cold coffee or incorrect coffee. I ordered a hot decaf yesterday and they didnt have when I got there to get my order why dont you its mobile and there was a time selection....
Love this dunkin. Staff works really hard and they do a good job. As hectic as it gets, but still nice staff.
Drive Thru and parking are always a mess. I usually park over in the shopping center lot and walk up to the store. I use the app and my food is usually sitting waiting for me.
