Why do they have 2 drive thrus when they NEVER take the customers in the right lane ?

unfortunately this place is ran by incompetent teenagers. They claim to have no manager and they make their own rules as far as drinks. They told me that I had to get ice in my drink and I couldn’t get the ice on the side and that is their new policy at that Dunkin. when I asked to speak with a manager about it because I had never heard that rule before and I frequent that Duncan they rolled their eyes and told me there ain’t no manager here. Their customer service was overall horrible and rude. This Dunkin probably won’t be in business long unless to get some sufficient management. It’s unfortunate because they’re really given the teenagers a chance to have a job there and they’re gonna run the place into the ground.

Dine in. Donuts were dry, though they did have a lot of creme so I guess that was a good trade off. Took forever to get the coffee. They were all working the drive thru. Every person up there, and there was about five people, and ignoring the front. Very weird, they seemed unorganized, took forever and we only got a few things!

I absolutely HATE THIS STORE AND THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! I’ve had many of incidents at this store since she’s become the manager. I don’t know her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag. She’s Caucasian, with neck length hair and her uniform shirt was dirty just like her attitude. The first time a few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, and the line was SUPER LONG AS ALWAYS, they pulled me up and I waited for a while. I went in to check on my order and my order had been sitting there and no one ran it out to me. I asked the manager for a refund and she was happy to issue it and then I asked for the number to cooperate and she informed me she didn’t know the number and I needed to Google it. Well my visit today (a few weeks later) was no different. I arrived at the store and my order was placed at 7:44. This time I chose to go inside the store because once again the line was out to the street. I received my coffee, and at 7:55 I looked up and still didn’t have my loaded hash browns. Two people ordered behind me received their food and coffee and yet I still didn’t have mines. I left out the store and said I would be back. I turned back around immediately and decided I’m done with this location, I’ll take a refund. That’s when she said here’s your hash browns. NO, I WANT A REFUND PLEASE. She process the refund and only refunds me 3.99 I told her NO I don’t want anything because it’s always a problem at this store. She proceeds to tell me well the store down the street will be opening so you can go to that one. No this store needs a new manager. She proceeds to issue the refund for the hash browns and I tell her I used tap to pay then she says oh no I need the card for a refund. At this point I’m last for work and now I tell her nevermind just forget it I left with no food, no coffee and they she didn’t issue me a refund. She need training and I hate what use to be my favorite Dunkin!!!

I have not been to this location in a while, the drive thru line was very long. I saw they added a second order lane. So stayed. I was pleasantly surprised! The employees were friendly, the speed was excellent and the order was correct. Good experience

I don’t usually frequent Dunkin’, and after today’s visit, I’m reminded why. Upon entering, I wasn’t greeted, and the staff seemed disengaged, offering no assistance despite my evident need for help. The lack of basic customer service, like a simple “hello,” made the environment feel unwelcoming.
Additionally, I encountered issues with payment—being double-charged for an item. It would be beneficial if staff confirmed orders before processing payments to prevent such errors. To compound matters, they lacked sufficient change, which added to the inconvenience.
The coffee itself was subpar, lacking the quality I expect. Given these experiences, I hope Dunkin’ addresses these concerns to improve customer satisfaction.

I just left a review before my encounter this morning , right after I left a review about being pulled up to protect their drive thru time they came out with my drink made WRONG! so when I told the employee do not worry about it I am coming in , soon as I walked in and before I could say anything he was back there fixing my drink….. if you KNEW that’s how it was supposed to be done then why not just do it that way in the first place? After I asked him this question another employee by the name of Amanda decided she needed to but in and rudely say “have a nice day” so when I expressed that my experience there had already started my morning off horribly she had yet another remark for me . The customer service is HORRIBLE , I would be without a job if I acted this way towards my customers ! I also made a call to corporate and shared the interaction with them as well !
Parking: They do have parking but they get so busy once you park you are pretty much “stuck “ there until the line dies down or unless someone is nice enough to let you out. Not only that they LOVE to pull you forward to wait on your drinks and they get so worried about their drive thru time that they will pull four cars up not caring how they fit . Which also can take up parking spaces !
