I just left a review before my encounter this morning , right after I left a review about being pulled up to protect their drive thru time they came out with my drink made WRONG! so when I told the employee do not worry about it I am coming in , soon as I walked in and before I could say anything he was back there fixing my drink….. if you KNEW that’s how it was supposed to be done then why not just do it that way in the first place? After I asked him this question another employee by the name of Amanda decided she needed to but in and rudely say “have a nice day” so when I expressed that my experience there had already started my morning off horribly she had yet another remark for me . The customer service is HORRIBLE , I would be without a job if I acted this way towards my customers ! I also made a call to corporate and shared the interaction with them as well !
Parking: They do have parking but they get so busy once you park you are pretty much “stuck “ there until the line dies down or unless someone is nice enough to let you out. Not only that they LOVE to pull you forward to wait on your drinks and they get so worried about their drive thru time that they will pull four cars up not caring how they fit . Which also can take up parking spaces !

Customer service 👎🏼 Specifically asked if my order was French vanilla twice. It’s not… Would have took a min to fix if that. Lazy…
Have been pretty accurate with the orders lately and food is usually good, but they pull you forward every time to keep their window time down. It’s annoying especially in large vehicles to navigate the tight parking lot.
I order on the app every time so there should be plenty of advance notice in my opinion. Tired of pulling forward

Horrible service. 9 of the 12 donuts ordered were the wrong ones. 2 donuts were stale and couldn't be eaten. Stay away from the Finneytown location. Just HORRIBLE.

I call this *my* dunkin, lol. This location was my first job in 2016, and I've mostly made a point of coming here since whenever I want my coffee and snacks. This dunkin has had a LOT of rough times, and days where morning service was better than afternoon or neither were all that great. But they recently remodeled and (I believe) hired new staff.
Since the remodel they're really on it. There's been a switched order but efficiently corrected with a smile. They greet happily and send me on my way, quickly. Everyone seems to be in upbeat spirits most of the times I've been by, even when the line is insane both in and outside.
Keep it up :)
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, lol.
Wheelchair accessibility: On ramp is a bit distanced from the entrance but accessible. Doors are manual and a bit heavy.

The manager here is rude and doesn’t know when to stop. I have never gone so where so much and spend so much money and been treated the way I was treated today I was harassed and yelled at this is apparently the way the Winton road location runs it’s dukin I will never be back and I would think twice about going.

If there was negative I would give a negative 100. It was 6:50 granted, I did not know this particular Dunkin closed at 7pm. Rolled up to drive thru, wanted some munchkins and a hot latte. The clerk advised he could only give coffee no specialty drinks because “we close in 8 mins” by now. Wanted hasbrown brisket , once again can’t make that the oven is down because we are about to close. This is such a disservice, it’s like me being a paramedic and getting in the scene and saying oh I can’t work this gsw because in ten minutes my shift ends. What is really going on in customer service? When I worked in the industry we worked until the last minute then yea we may have closed the lobby but at the actual close time was when you could no longer make anything, the ovens are off, the machines down, the register locked. I’m very disappointed but hey I guess that’s the way the cookie crumbles huh? Don’t go to Dunkin before they close cause they can’t do nothing for you.
