Sara and her team are absolutely top notch. They always are happy to greet me when I get there, they make sure that my online order is ready even if they are getting swamped. Customer focus is a priority for them and I visit this location at least 4 times a week for that reason.

It's a Dunkin Donuts shop! Fresh donuts and friendly service. What more can you ask for? Convenient access too!

Used to love this location. Advice; Accept the bad service or you'll get even worse service for bringing up concerns. Go anywhere else. No sense or pride in customer service at this location.

Love coming to the drive-thru, the wait is usually never long, and the employees are always friendly. The food and coffee are hot, it's nice to get customer service without attitudes, but with nice smiles!

Every sunday the drive thru can take up to 25 mins. Im stuck in the line now, not even half way thru it after 15 mins and I ordered and paid ahead of time so thats why i dont leave. If you know its always like this then more staff etc to accomodate. After today i wont come back.

Ordered a bagel not toasted with butter. Got a toasted bagel with butter running everywhere. Coffee was warm not hot.
