Coffee is great as always, both times ive went the cashier was mouthing off to a customer when someone got their order wrong. Id advise going to the one near kroger mall as ive had 0 issues there. This one is always extremely loud, busy, and overall terrible with service to customer relations

Everytime I order my ice coffee it's different either its not enough milk or it's perfect. The service is just the same, either they are really nice or they just don't care enough to have a conversation. Really miss the only manager, she really made the place more lively.

Visited Dunkin after a long ride, was greeted by Amy Scott at Dunkin in Shell Gas station. By far, the best Dunkin experience I have ever had. She was so warm and welcoming and made the best drinks ever.

I've stopped in this location seven different times and cannot get a hot coffee at Dunkin donuts I can get an iced coffee but no hot coffee the place is a joke and needs to be closed employees are just plain lazy and don't want to do their job never again will I come to this location

The girl was super rude and burnt the hell out of my food. I get your short staffed but she had absolutely no right to treat me like this, she then accused me of stealing a damn donut because she was “sure” she had laid it out already but hadn’t.

The cashier was less than helpful and was not friendly at all. They were out of a bunch of stuff and the lady on the cook line also seemed to hate her life. Would recommend just heading across the bridge to McDonald’s and save yourself the time.

I haven't had DD in a long time. I came in with my family of 5. They were very friendly from start to finish. It was clean and the food and drinks were all delicious ( some of the best I've ever had) . Even my teenagers were happy. Will visit again during travels
This place needs serious help. Place a mobile order for 1 drink and a sandwich and takes over 20 mins and horrible staff

Racist black women there.. I’m Spanish and been in this place 3 times everytime she put a lot of sugar in my coffee, throw my donuts and food in front of me I argued with her the other day about it. and today she treat me worse.
