I have been driving from dayton to my clinical at Bethesda north every day since March. I don’t usually come on Saturdays but today was a day I was making up. A male and female worker tried to help me scan my app for points and it didn’t work. Without hesitation, the male worker said “it’s on both of us, have an awesome day.” Money is tight with not working right now and this act of kindness was appreciated and made an impact more than you know! I ordered my pick up to the another location and went here to pick it up. They informed me that I was at the wrong location but then proceeded to take care of the order for me. Went out of there way to make my morning easier. Great service and people!

I asked for a Cookie latte with 1 pump and hot. I confirmed at the speaker but the screen didn't match. I come up to the window and my drink has 6 pumps and it's iced.

How many times does it take to get a drink correct!? This is the 2nd time in a week my order has been messed up. This is the most unorganized Dunkin I have ever been to, unfortunately it's the one closest to my work ?
I always try to avoid any restaurant attached to a gas station, but I was in a pinch. Let’s just say…. I am not surprised with my visit. There was a large pool of liquid something surrounding the trash can, so you couldn’t throw anything away. The guy waiting behind the counter possibly consumed too much of the devil’s cabbage before or during his shift and was barely able to place 2 donuts and 10 munchkins inside a box made for 12 donuts…and they were not out of smaller bags that is just what he thought was the best option I guess. That order took him 5 times longer than it should have.
They gave me the wrong donut; didn’t realize until I was home. I called to see if they’d just put me on a list for next time. After ring several times, they answered and immediately hung up. I drove back to the store; asked for a refund which I was granted. It was 10 cents short. They are clearly too busy to care about customer service.
