Dunkin'

Disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. After waiting over 5 minutes at the speaker, I was met with a rude “Sorry, I can’t help” before I could even order. With four cars behind me, it was clear there was no urgency or effort to serve customers.

As I drove off, I saw two employees smoking by the back door, seemingly unbothered by the situation. Definitely not the standard of service I expect from Dunkin’. 👎

I saw a fly flying around the donuts. The staff is a bit slow, and I saw the woman just threw/flung my order on the take out counter. Also this place is just nasty. I've been here 3 times this week and it's just nasty! This is the second location now where the staff is slow and the site itself isn't all that clean.

Dunkin' at the Shell Gas Station is a great Sunday option for donuts since other local competitors are closed. That being said I walked to the counter and waited 5 minutes while the sole front counter worker attended to mobile orders. Finally, I was asked what I wanted and relayed my order and the staff turned and went back to continue working on mobile orders. What the what? So, I waited another 2 minutes before she came back to actually finish my transaction. She could have had me out of the way in 30 seconds but chose to make me wait 7 minutes while working on orders for people who weren't even there. I didn't even add coffee to the mix because frankly Dunkin's coffee is too mild to be satisfying. The donuts were ok but not nearly in the same league as Holtmans or even Buskin's.

The coffee is dunkin, the people are friendly, the service is good.

They suck they are horrible especially on door dash / Uber eats. They never ready.
never ask if you need help. They all standing around looking @ other ppl instead of doing their jobs. This is every time I go there I would Never order anything from here.
If you can avoid it ALL COSTS.

It was what was needed!

Workers are very rude! Kept cutting me of while trying to order and messed up my coffee by giving me hot instead of iced. They don’t like their jobs at this location and you can tell with their attitudes.

This is part of a gas station and they were closed when I went in after driving several hundred miles and I couldn't get a cup of coffee because the gas station doesn't sell coffee only dunkin had coffee

I thought everything was fine until I got back into my car with my food, and realized they gave me literally 5 tater tots, for almost $5.00. So we are paying more money for less. That seems to be America with everything I buy nowadays....???

3 trys to make a basic coffee with cream and sugar. got black coffee the first time i ordered. went in and they added one cream when i asked for 4. then it was still gross asked to just have it remade. they made a big deal out of it. walked off with this…
don’t come here. don’t waste your money. staff is rude and location is dirty.
also after i drink out of it she used the same spoon to stir my used drinks as the persons drink that was behind me. very unsanitary

If you think your day is going too well, I highly recommend coming here. Every worker I’ve ever interacted with here is off-the-charts toxic and never apologizes for their mistakes, and it is such a joy to sit at the table and hear the workers and customers in a screaming match about whose fault it is that the workers refuse to serve food or drink 15 minutes before closing time, when there is no signage indicating they are closing early.

If your day is going too well, I recommend this place 5/5 stars!
