That being said I walked to the counter and waited 5 minutes while the sole front counter worker attended to mobile orders. Finally, I was asked what I wanted and relayed my order and the staff turned and went back to continue working on mobile orders. What the what? It’s a gas station dunken donuts within a shell and subway stores so you kinda get the truck stop feeling while being there like a good old road trip ?

I have faithfully been going to this dunkin for 3 years and it has been wonderful until here recently (the last 3 weeks). The newer employees have been RUDE! my order is wrong 90% of the time. It’s frustrating, and I hope they can get it together again.
