I was staring at my order on the counter for 10 minutes because they never called my order number. When I realized it was my food sitting on the counter getting cold, I snatched it off the counter. The manager tried to tresspass me for being rude. Worst customer service ever.

I absolutely tore it UP. It was so good I swear. I ordered one donut and they gave us four, the hash browns were so good, the drinks were good. They seemed kind which is always a bonus!!

This is not Dunkin, they offer help yourself Dunkin branded coffee at a gas station counter. Do not waste your time.

One star for the food because they're usually out of whatever I order.. eggs, one day, certain donuts another.. staff is polite they just never have anything

Wasted gas and time getting here. It needs to be labeled correctly that it's a Dunkin' Express so people know if it'll have the product they are looking for since Dunkin' Express does not have the full offerings of a Dunkin'
The young lady name Jada that works here,her customer service is impeccable. She is the best. She always great you with a smile. I love when she's on duty. Thumbs up to you Jada.....

Staff can be over worked, stressed then impatient. Ingredients run out, everyone becomes frustrated. This Shell/subway is not really a Dunkin, just a rack of donuts by the bathroom.
