Dunkin'

I was staring at my order on the counter for 10 minutes because they never called my order number. When I realized it was my food sitting on the counter getting cold, I snatched it off the counter. The manager tried to tresspass me for being rude. Worst customer service ever.

I absolutely tore it UP. It was so good I swear. I ordered one donut and they gave us four, the hash browns were so good, the drinks were good. They seemed kind which is always a bonus!!

This is not Dunkin, they offer help yourself Dunkin branded coffee at a gas station counter. Do not waste your time.

One star for the food because they're usually out of whatever I order.. eggs, one day, certain donuts another.. staff is polite they just never have anything

Wasted gas and time getting here. It needs to be labeled correctly that it's a Dunkin' Express so people know if it'll have the product they are looking for since Dunkin' Express does not have the full offerings of a Dunkin'

The young lady name Jada that works here,her customer service is impeccable. She is the best. She always great you with a smile. I love when she's on duty. Thumbs up to you Jada.....

I had to make my coffee here. My sister was at good Samaritan hospital. She wanted a hot mocha. Had to heat it up after making it as well.

Staff can be over worked, stressed then impatient. Ingredients run out, everyone becomes frustrated. This Shell/subway is not really a Dunkin, just a rack of donuts by the bathroom.

Majority of the time my order is wrong. I loveeeeee dunkin and usually it's only THIS location that gives me issues. Literally 2 weeks ago I sat in the drive thru waiting over 20 mins for my drink, only for them to realize that I was still at the second window waiting,to ask me what was my order again! After another 7 mins, they then ask me to pull to the front of the store and someone will bring it out.. when she brought it out , my iced latte with whipped cream was smashed into a cup because apparently they ran outta dome lids.. wasn't accepting that nasty looking coffee because eww!!!! Soooo I had to go down colerain to the one attached to the gas station to get my order made the correct way the 1st time. I definitely wanted to waste my time sitting in your parking room lot only to not get my latte and I ran over there on my 10 min break, took me over 30 mins to get the latte I paid for, that I ended up having to decline and ask for a refund. Please do better especially when I'm spending at least $15 per trip and I come everyday!!!

Not a dunkin, on the side where the coffee is it say dunkin coffee,and it was clod not hot at all.
