This Dunkin' Donuts location was inside of a gas station/convenience store. The donuts and coffee I purchased were great! The best part, however, were the two employees that I encountered that provided excellent, superior customer service. This location was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back!

The Dunkin on Glenway and Werk Rd. is the absolute best Dunkin to frequent after 4:00. I don't know why but that crew gets my drink right every time.

I walked to this Dunkin donuts from uc hospital today while my friend was having a procedure done I intended on going in McDonald's but they were closed for construction work I ordered food then asked for a cup of water the Indian man at register charged me $1.25 for a cup of tap water it was a heat index of 100 degrees today and I didn't have any more cash on me after the food I bought from them so they didn't give me the water they were rude inconsiderate, inhumane and it felt really bad to be treated that way I walked all the way back to the hospital sweating really bad felt like passing out I will never go there again
