I've been a Starbucks girl for 20yrs± and I said to myself imma try Dunkin. The service was good however the drink, donuts, and food were awful. My cold coffee drink taste like white chocolate milk. My sandwich was soggie. Mind you I bit it as soon as I got in the car, and my assortment of donuts all taste the same. This is what I get for cheating on Starbucks.

First time doing a mobile pickup for my team at this store and they shorted me 5 donuts when I didnât have time to go back. According to other reviews this Dunkin isnât worth your time. Customer service number to corporate wonât pickup and neither will the darn store. Super annoying and I want my money back.
This Dunkin Donuts establishment is connected to a gas station and a Popeyes. The service, at the counter, is minimal and not customer friendly. I ordered the $6 breakfast sandwich, with hash browns, along with a drink. This is the first time at any Dunkin Donuts that I was unable to get a substitute for the ice coffee or tea. The first time that the person on the counter did not offer as well. The food was okay and at least the temperature was hot. The atmosphere is minimal being in a gas station setting.
