I really enjoy Dunkin's matcha — the flavor is great when it's made right! But it's consistently grainy, which takes away from the experience. I think the employees need better guidance on how to properly mix and dissolve the matcha before adding it to the milk. When it’s blended well, it tastes amazing. A small change in prep could make a big difference!
It's been a while since I've seen a food service operation run this effiently. My sandwich and latte were both excellent & I was pleased with the service & the environment. I see many negative reviews here, but my experience was very good. Someone is paying attention.
The staff at this store is absolutely amazing!! I come through every morning and the staff always makes jokes with me and is always smiling and so kind! The food is always so good and don’t even get me started on how good my coffee is every morning! Keep up the great work
