Wish this place was more efficient. Coffee is usually pretty good, people are nice but wow the wait is hard to keep me coming back. Definitely not a “quick grab and go” coffee shop. And I am local and have tried many times at different times of day… had really high hopes and I have tried for a while thinking that maybe they were just working out the kinks of a new business… sad to say that’s not the case

I can’t say anything bad about this place. The price is great. They don’t charge for oat milk so my tummy and wallet are always happy. I have only caught one name but Braxton and the rest of the crew are amazing. Their service is impeccable. The coffee is worth the wait. As it is always fresh and by looking at the machines they use from the drive thru you can’t beat a quality cup at that price. Tip your baristas! And give everyone that works here a raise! PS: Bring more dutch bros to cincy🥲

Im there at least 3 days a week. Sometimes 2x I a day I have figured out the sweet spot, to avoid a long wait!! Love this place , all the kids that work there are so sweet and friendly. They remember you!! Im never as happy to leave a tip as I am at Dutch Bros!!! The fact that there are no order boards, only menu screens is amazing. Always one on one interaction with your order. 10's across the board!!! *secrect menu is 🔥 *

Great experience overall. The team was very nice, especially Braxton — he was extremely friendly, had a big smile, and a great attitude. Even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he really made the experience better.
The coffee tasted really good, and the service was fast this time, which was a nice change compared to our first visit when it was a bit slow. Overall, a much better experience, and I’d definitely come back.
Drinks are very good but very slow service eventhough the drive up line is almost reach the main street.

I had a really bad experience here today. My drinks were not sealed properly and spilled everywhere in the box before I even got to my car. The cups were loose, lids were not secure, and the whole order was a mess.
For the price you pay, this is unacceptable. Drinks should be packed carefully, especially for takeout. Very disappointed.
