Last minute reserves in the bar was great! The calamari was overcooked...I would avoid. Also skip the filet “Mari” with shrimp and crab...it was just ok. Our server Alexa was excellent! Overall good place for a regular filet or salmon.

This was not their best night. The server was delightful but inexperienced. Service was very slow. Dinner took 2 hours for two us with no alcohol, simple orders and no desert. They are clearly going through a challenging management transition (which the new GM shared with us) with quite a bit of work left to do. But the food was good and so are the people. I am confident they will soon overcome their challenges. Eddie Merlots (the company) has been around a long time and they will get this restaurant back on track again soon. I plan to go back after the holidays.

Eddie Merlot's knocks it out of the park again. All 5 of us loved the food. The Tomahawk dinner for two was amazing. Appetizers were delicious as well as the side. Service was excellent. Will be back soon!

Had a great meal and an even better better server! I had the veal chop special which was fantastic. I hope they put it on the regular menu. Joe, our waiter, was fantastic. We always enjoy dining at Eddie Merlots!

I loved the lunch Prefixed menu. My family and I are regulars for dinner. First time for lunch. It was very good. Although the service was slow and they were not that many customers at the time my son and I had lunch.

We had a late lunch (1300) on a Friday and there was 1 server for several tables. The server (Jack) did fairly well, but obviously needed assistance. Food was great and overall experience was good. We will definitely go back and see if the fair service was an anomaly. The staff was kind and pleasant.

Wine tasting dinner was very good. Food and service both wonderful. Very nice wine pairings.

My friend and I just had lunch at Eddie Merlot's. The food was outstanding. Our server, Jonny was a reason to return. He was professional and very attentive with a winning personality. It was a wonderful dining experience even if it was just lunch. For an over-the-top lunch experience, go to Eddie Merlot's and ask for Jonny!!!!

Happy hour offers zero healthy options. Happy hour food and drink prices are over the top regarding quality

Must have been an off night - food quality was sub par and lights were maxed out - lighting was so bright everywhere. Reached out to restaurant and no response - Wanted to reach out, I visit Columbus location frequently, first time at Cincy location. The food quality was not adequate last night. The Barbeque shrimp - the bacon was not really cooked and chewy. Carpaccio was great. Mashed potatoes were bland and dry. The lobster Mac and cheese was disgusting. The lobster on top crunchy and dehydrated. Cheese sauce was textured not creamy. Steaks ok. King crab legs dry and aged. Bar service was rough before we sat. Our server was good. Too bright inside.

The food is always amazing as is the ambience. Our waiter Jonah, was super. We were celebrating our office managers retirement after 15 years of work and it was a fantastic experience.

The food was excellent and the service was very good!!! The atmosphere was beautiful and it was quiet.

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great for the ability to have conversations without having to speak loud.

$200 steak was burnt, horrible experience.

Ordered a glass of wine-it “wasn't chilled yet”, so ordered a different one that was ready. Then ordered an appy of green beans- took almost 1/2 hour to receive. Caesar salad was dripping with dressing- The filet trio (with shrimp & andouille) was just ok-the steak was chewy & shrimp overcooked, so very tough, too. The French dip sliders were good!! Kinda disappointing for this type of restaurant. Our server was good.
