I have always enjoyed dining at Eddie Merlot's, which is why I felt compelled to share feedback from my most recent visit. Unfortunately, this experience was quite different from what I've come to expect. Despite making reservations a day in advance and specifically requesting a private table, we were seated in the middle of the dining room. When I raised this concern, I was told it would be looked into; however, no one followed up, which affected our overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the cocktails were served in glasses that did not feel smooth, suggesting they may not have been properly handled or cleaned. Some of the menu items also tasted noticeably different, particularly the green beans with sweet wasabi, which seemed to be missing an ingredient and lacked the usual balance of flavor. Lastly, the condition of the restrooms was disappointing, as they were unclean and poorly maintained. I'm not sure what may have been happening during this visit, but the experience fell short of the standards I've come to associate with Eddie Merlot's. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to improvements moving forward.

Ask for Kirk to be your server he was excellent. We also sat at the bar for happy hour and had wonderful crafted drinks. The filet wontons are amazing. Just a great time.

We had a special Tomahawk trio. It was delicious it is our second time having this dish. The food was excellent and so was the service. Michael was awsome.

The food is just ok. I feel like the quality has changed and the food is not as good as years before. We had the lobster roll, which honestly was not good at all. We also had the cheeseburger. It was good, not great. I want to really live this place, because I did in the past, but the food just isn't very good anymore. Drinks were ok as well. Not the best martini. I've ever had, it was just ok as well.

I was disappointed with my strip sirloin. They had more gristle in it than I anticipated. Also, Eddie’s potatoes were not cooked. They needed about another 10 minutes.
