Einstein Bros. Bagels

Cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Masiah keeps it spotless. Props to the entire team and manager. Even my 5 1/2 year old grandson mentioned it was the cleanest bathroom he had ever used at a restaurant.

I got a plain bagel, did not get it toasted.

1. They sliced it when I did not ask, really should leave it alone if not being toasted onsite. This is minor and I only mention it here bc I’m leaving a review

2. This is my main concern. The center of the bagel was still uncooked?? How does this even happen? A corporate entity should have instruction for making and baking bagels. So either their bake time is too short or an employee is pulling bagels out early, either way that’s not ok

Replacing Bruegers was a mistake, I have been here twice getting the same type of bagel, but they have looked drastically different both times. They have also forgot my chips both times I went through the drive way.

Rocky start! It was much better when it was brueggers bagels. I know its pretty much the same company but I feel like the brueggers bagels are different. Service also hasn't been good but I know they are just ramping up so hopefully that improves. My orders have been incorrect both times. Even when I tell them to cut in half, they don't. Prices also seem a little more expensive.
