A second trip wasn't quite as good, the food was somewhat over cooked and they were understaffed, but you could tell the workers were doing their best with how busy it was. I'd still go back hoping the second visit was a fluke.

It seems there’s a pattern in their reviews—whenever someone posts a negative review, they quickly receive 5-6 five-star reviews. Considering the quality of service and food, I’m surprised how they manage to get such high ratings. Have the standards for taste and service in Cincinnati really declined that much? They lure people in with these reviews, but the reality is that both the food and service are far from satisfactory. I definitely won’t be returning.

Aside from the margarita, everything about our experience was terrible—poor service, a claustrophobic, maze-like layout, and the food, especially, was disappointing. What more can you say about a restaurant? I suppose the margarita wasn’t strong enough to stop me from posting this review.
We arrived hungry, but we couldn’t bear that thing that they call quesadilla and burrito. What they served were inedible. I’ll be sharing before and after pictures of our plates to show just how bad it was. Honestly, I’m shocked by their high star rating—it definitely misled us this time. We won’t be fooled again and will be avoiding this place in the future.
