Excellent food and good service even during lunch rush. Our go-to for Mexican at the office because we know we can get in and out reasonably.Update: Went today to celebrate a colleague retiring and the staff was very cool about us chilling and talking for a long time and periodically checked on us. It was lovely!

The service was a bit disappointing from the perspective of how I was not greeted at the door. I almost felt like a burden being an online order. Food itself wasn't awful but nothing I would go out of my way to get again. Unfortunately, the veggie combo we got, included the tostada that was ordered, but it had chicken on it, so it went uneaten. Also the cheese in the relleno was basically a cold slab of cheese... No melt whatsoever.

Food was pretty good but not amazing. So here's the thing! I went into the bathroom and the floor was solid water like there was a leak or something and the floor is extremely slippery when wet and I busted my head open on the concrete floor and brought it to their attention and they gave me a bag of ice and apologized and immediately sent people into clean. There was also urine underneath all of the toilets and paper towels everywhere on the floor. The manager was very nice about the situation but did not offer to comp the bill or give me a gift certificate so that I would come back in the future. They are lucky they don't get a lawsuit let alone a return customer. I was very unimpressed by how they did not try to retain me as a customer. I live somewhat close and we go to go bananas comedy club right down the street and that is our place we go to beforehand. I would have considered going back but they offered me nothing in lieu of the situation at hand. I would have taken care of the bill and offered a gift card or gift certificate so the customer would be inclined to come back and revisit in the future. I know a lot of people in that area and I will make sure I spread the word.

Typical Mexican menu and atmosphere. The food was uninspired. For example, the chicken chimichangas contained just that: chicken, and nothing else. Coming to Ohio from Arizona, I was timid to try local Mexican food. I am so glad that I did though! This place is so authentic and the food is absolutely amazing! The carnitas and shredded chicken are some of the best I have ever had, and I was even able to order everything in Spanish! Would recommend this place to anybody!
