El Oasis Mexican Restaurant

couldn’t find it. there was a la fanda where we were looking but no el oasis. The pictures looked great. Not sure if they moved or what.

The food was fresh, and the owner was so friendly and helpful with his recommendations. The portions were very generous.

Ordered takeout. Tacos were excellent. The service was excellent as well. It's a small family run place. I would definitely recommend this place.

It is one of the best authentic mexican foods that you can get in Ohio. I will definitely be back when I am back in town.

Traveled to Cincinnati for a work training with Academy of Business Training, and Mark brought us here for lunch. We loved it so much we asked to come back a second time! The owner was very kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. All ingredients were fresh and food was served PIPING HOT! Do yourself a favor and support a local business!

The food here was excellent and authentic. The atmosphere was very family oriented and welcoming. The restaurant itself was small. There was only one table that comfortably accommodated four people, but they were quick to make that table available for my group. Food-wise, everything was very fresh. You are only a stone's throw away from the open kitchen, so you can smell your food cooking. The meat was flavorful, veggies were fresh, and the house salsas were tasty.

As a note, this restaurant did not offer complimentary chips and salsa, which I think most people expect. I didn't feel like I was missing anything, but it is worth noting.

The food was decent. I had pork tamales, a carnita taco, and rice. The carnita taco was good with their red sauce. Without that, it would have been bland. The pork tamales were OK, but microwaved and very hot near the ends but not very warm in the middle. Borderline cool, really. The flavor of the tamales was OK but not great. A bit bland. The rice...very bland. VERY bland.
Service was very good. Net...a bit bland...as you might have expected from my comments,

First time going! We chose our bases on the reviews and the street tacos were great. They even brought our food out to us even though he didn't have too. It was quite inside, not too fancy, small spot but those are the best. You can tell the sauces are real blended peppers and not that commercial stuff. Will definitely go back! The tacos were thick and full of flavor!! Also our order was super fast. For 9 tacos, only like 10-12 minutes. Great place in the city. I wish I had taken pictures but the food was that good.
