This is what I would call a food hall. A mall food court with no mall. Several food snd drink options, tons of table seating in a large open area. There was live music the Saturday we visited. There can be a wait if there are a lot of people, but it’s not bad. There is a lot of parking available in the area.

Bummed i waited so long
I LOVE coming to Element Eatery & getting work done for a few hours. There’s plenty of seating & outlets, wifi and of course - a TON of food & drink options.
BrewRiver’s “Little Easy” is my typical go-to — there’s also tacos, ice cream, coffee, noodles, etc.
It’s absolutely a favorite when I’m in Madisonville - would recommend, especially to WFH folks who need a change of scenery.
Note — park in the lot across the street, street parking directly adjacent to building is very limited.

Regarding Brew River (takeout):
Caution to anyone considering ordering online, as our order was incorrect. Given it was takeout and my coworkers and I were still on shift, we did not have time to drive back and get items corrected.
I specifically went with Brew River over other places because I wanted to try their Kimchi tartar sauce. I was upset to see our takeout did not have the sauce at all- either on the streetcar burger or in a side container.
My coworkers and I also opted to split the falafel appetizer, but we instead received the “Falafel Sammy”, as it was 3 pieces with salad greens and a pita, despite the correct falafel appetizer being ordered and reflected on the receipt.
Food was tasty overall but not entirely satisfying as it wasn’t accurate to what we ordered. Since our falafel appetizer was swapped for the entree, we essentially paid $4 per falafel which is not acceptable.
Giving a 4/5 only because I don’t want to overly detract from other restaurants in the eatery.

Like a food court with zero directions. If you don’t know, I guess you won’t know….there are many better options. No one was friendly or helpful. Don’t waste your time.

Fix the horrible smell! You say you are investigating the issue but it's still a problem. It smells like it's coming from solar Cafe or the pizza place. Several people walk out because it smells awful. Have a health inspector come or something!

I like the concept of this place. Warm and cozy feel. Although I feel the food misses the mark. My order from “Mateo Mexican” was a quesadilla and it was $17 for it with chicken. I asked for it without peppers and got it with peppers and no chicken. The guacamole was really cool but the quesadilla was just okay and not the best considering it was missing the chicken I paid an extra 3 dollars for. $17 dollars for 4 pieces of it. Not worth it. Additionally, I got two cookies from Rumandos pizza. The sugar sprinkle cookie was burnt and very dry. The chocolate chip cookie was good. My sister’s partner couldn’t even eat half her food from this BBQ place inside because the fries were so salty and the food was not good. Disappointing experience for such a good concept and environment

The ambience, food choices and overall feel of this place is casual yet chic. The seating area was nicely arranged. Ample free parking and a good hangout place for family or friends. The sports bar area without loud noise is a great way to spend the evenings.
Parking: Free garage parking
Kid-friendliness: Yes. We saw families and friend groups with board games.

Doubt if I will ever go back. Food has zero flavor. The gumbo wasn't very good. If was brown like it was made with beef gravy.
