Love Embers! My vodka gimlet was perfect (and I'm picky)! We both had delicious burgers that were cooked exactly to temperature! The atmosphere is always upbeat but not overly loud! The service is wonderful-quick and friendly. Always a great choice!

First time we went everything was excellent. This was second time and order was not cooked as requested (not done in the middle) - sent back to get more done and came back burnt - possibly upset that we asked for it to be fixed. Ordered cheesecake (apple) and did not think it was good - possibly personal but would never order again. Probably will never go back - the people generally were very kind and nice.

I have been coming to Embers for 15 years and I have loved this restaurant. However tonight 9/13 was off. The ambiance was blank. It was very dark, off and all servers seemed and looked mad. Our server was just ok. I tip 30-40% usually, but that is earned.

The filets were not cooked the temperature we ask for and even after speaking to a manager, he agreed. The second one was not much better. If you mess up two steaks for 58.00 each, you as a restaurant should be taking care of your error. It was just an ok experience. I can honestly say at this point I will not be back. We eat at high end restaurants all the time and this one has went downhill.
