The E is for mediocre. I want to like this place, but everything is so… meh. The food is fairly pricey, which makes sense for Oakley, and the menu looks good but I wish they put a little more effort into making it. I know it’s bar food, but when the best thing served is the tots, it’s a bummer. The cocktails, again, sounded good, but execution was off. The saving grace is the space itself, very cool layout and patio.

A group of friends and I were visiting town and thought this would be a cool place to visit having a few drinks and for dinner. Our server was a little rude and all over the place. One of our group ordered a drink and never received it but got charged for it. The table we also sat at had flickering lights above it. When I got my quesadilla, it was drenched in a sweet sauce and made me lose my appetite. Not the experience I was hoping for visiting Cinci.

Would not recommend the food here. Dishes seem lazy and overpriced. Buffalo chicken wrap was very underwhelming with very little chicken. Fries were good. Service was slow, they seemed understaffed.
I’ll probably be back but just for drinks and the outdoor patio.

Ordered a regular cheeseburger and it came with alll this nasty stuff on it and couldn’t even eat it but still charge. The fries were good tho. Our apps and food came at the exact same time. Never again
It would be nice if I got the $50 I spent on food I DIDNT eat!

The staff is always so friendly and often soooo busy which is nice they can continue to give great service. The atmosphere is great and always have an excellent rotation of music going on. 1/2 wine nights, trivia nights l, and always host great events like the 1n5 event for Men’s mental health awareness was great. Great little place around the community. 10/10 recommend.

Not a good brunch at all. They do not have coffee and the food was not good. Asked for dry toast and it came out cooked on a griddle. Outside seating is lovely but they had some weird intense house music playing and another patron brought their dog (in a stroller) which yapped very loudly. Also, they need to get rid of the plastic ware!! I’ve been here for lunch and dinner and overall the food was better. If you aren’t going to have coffee or be able to toast things, then probably you should not be offering brunch impo.

Great atmosphere but the staff is rude and frequently kicks people out before close, literally had to beg to go to the bathroom (that had no toilet paper) because they literally locked the door from the patio to the building and it was 15 minutes before close. I def get wanting to get home but kicking out people who expected to get time to sober up & haven’t even finished their drinks before leaving is a little crazy to me esp when it’s 2:10 and y'all don’t close for another 20 minutes. Also giving attitude when being asked for clear answers about what “you need to leave soon” means when you’ve stated you’re closing early and it’s 2:10 is also crazy. What is closing early when you close at 2:30 & it’s only 20 minutes until that time? Is that 5 more minutes? 10? I feel like that’s a valid question that should be met with clarity not entitlement about how tired you are and how dead you are and how you deserve to go home. Additionally, when we got there they weren’t making mixed drinks/cocktails (2 hours before they closed) because it was “too much”. Even though the last time we were here at the same time they were still making them. It’s giving laziness. I don’t just get to leave my job because I want to go home and I don’t get to not perform the duties of my job because I don’t feel like it. People expect you to work your business hours & perform the duties of your job. The staff was also extremely rude about it vs apologizing which was weird to me, if you’re short staffed or running on low cylinders that’s fine just communicate & apologize for not meeting your own standards/the expectations that you set. Please improve your customer service <3

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. If a gas leak blew up this building I’d feel joy if not anything.
