Don’t come here for your Gameday needs!
I came here after work, had a few margaritas while sitting and patiently waiting for well over 45 minutes for a pound of boneless chicken wings. The staff kept telling me they were coming so I waited. 45 minutes later they come and tell me they’re out of chicken wings. I then asked to see a menu so I could order something else and they told me the kitchen was closed (it wasn’t even 7:30 pm at this point so it shouldn’t have been closed).
The service was horrific and I’m pissed I sat there for nearly an hour waiting on food that was never coming from the start. They need to get it together and be honest with people from the start! The service was trash. I tried reaching out to them privately to fix this but they read my message and never responded.

Plan well. No parking. We ended up having to go somewhere else. Bummer

I hosted a work event at the establishment and the staff was nothing but amazing. I coordinated the event with John over email and he was very accommodating and quick to respond which is great for someone like me who matches that energy. We originally planned on being on the patio but the heat wave drove us indoors, the staff was quick to get our party situated and set up with no time at all. The food was delicious, the beverages were refreshing and I am definitely planning on being a repeat customer !
Thank you all for an amazing experience

Table service was a bit slow and there were not that many guests. However, food was hot and tasted great.

Always love coming here! The staff is super friendly, and always wants to ensure you have the best experience. Grace was especially amazing. Food was great, didn’t have to wait long. The seasonal cocktails were so creative and unique, 10/10 recommend!

Had the worst experience at the E this week. Another customer was racist and threatened to punch. Not only did the staff (Alex) not do anything about it, but he became aggressive and loud and proceeded his night as if nothing happened. We continued to try to get his attention, called the cops but he did nothing. Will not be coming back because no one deserves to be treated that way.

Food was less than ok , for a couple of ladies that were with me. Sorry won't be back.

Unfortunately advertising for happy hour is incorrect on some fronts and misleading on others. Their instagram advertises $2 off drafts but this is a mistake on their end (that we paid for). The signs on the front of the business state $2 off well and domestic beer. While this was assumed to be $2 off well and $2 off domestic beer, it actually means $2 off well and $2 domestic beer.

Our server was attentive during happy hour and brought our pup a bowl of water. Enjoyed that aspect of the service and employees, just not the false advertising.

The Establishment’s menu does a great job luring you in with extravagant words promising a tasty and satisfying meal. The Hot Honey Chicken Biscuits do a great job of proving the exact opposite. The biscuits were hard and dry - as was the chicken.

The atmosphere and service was good

Edit: My credit card information was stolen at some point in the night so I won't be back again. Went here for a blind date and had a great time. They have plenty of seating inside and out, plus they have plenty of televisions for sports and some games like Giant Connect Four and Large Jenga. Street parking can be tricky, but that's Oakley for ya.

The E is for mediocre. I want to like this place, but everything is so… meh. The food is fairly pricey, which makes sense for Oakley, and the menu looks good but I wish they put a little more effort into making it. I know it’s bar food, but when the best thing served is the tots, it’s a bummer. The cocktails, again, sounded good, but execution was off. The saving grace is the space itself, very cool layout and patio.

A group of friends and I were visiting town and thought this would be a cool place to visit having a few drinks and for dinner. Our server was a little rude and all over the place. One of our group ordered a drink and never received it but got charged for it. The table we also sat at had flickering lights above it. When I got my quesadilla, it was drenched in a sweet sauce and made me lose my appetite. Not the experience I was hoping for visiting Cinci.
