I have frequent here since the Grand Opening in '08. Easily the best Bagels in Cincinnati! Thank you EB Team!!!

Disappointing. We got the lox and it was skimpy on salmon and barely had any capers or onion to speak of.

I love this place so much. Absolutely everything on the menu is amazing. The smoothies are to die for and the service is always super fast and great.

Overall, the food is good in the service is always very friendly however warning the coffee cups are always very cheap! The past three times we have gone there and gotten hot coffees, the cups break down the lids don't stay on, and we end up wearing more coffee than drinking. the first couple of times we chalked it up to just a fluke but after three times in a row that's six coffees between me and my partner and all of them the lids kept popping off the cups melting and not holding thier shape. I don't think it's something we are doing but rather just really cheap crappy to go cups.

I absolutely loved this place. 1st time I've ever ate here. The prices are amazing 👏, the ppl are friendly. Can't believe I've never been here. Mr and husband came in to eat bc it was out 12 anniversary, we both agreed that we will be coming back.

Used to love them but their their chicken salad, which was once absolutely fantastic is now very dry. Very sad. Drove from NKY for it and it wasted.

I'm not a bagel making expert, but they seem to be skipping some part of the bagel making process because the bagels here taste like sourdough bread.
