The owners son is rude and lacks good customer service skills. Its sad because they have good food but I’ll just take my business elsewhere where I won’t be treated with a condescending attitude.

The lady who works there is so rude. She hangs up on your before your order is complete and she is very short when you pick up your order. My food was not consistent with what I usually get. The rice was lighter and there were no veggies. I prefer when the young man is working.

So we decided to try Chinese on Christmas. The worst food we ever had. I used to order here often but it got worse and worse. That was years ago. This Christmas we tried it again. It was not edible. It was the mushyest chicken I've ever seen. I spent $57. The soup was the only thing eaten. The rest was thrown out to our 6 stray cats, a possum and a raccoon. They didn't touch it either. They eat everything we throw out all day every day. This was not food you should serve anyone. Please see photos

I ordered spicy chicken fried rice around 8:30for my lunch on third shift. They close at 10:30 I went to lunch and food was shrimp. I called in morning and they said policy states need to bring item back same day. I explained you guy were closed what was I suppose to do. Poor customer service didn’t acknowledge there mistake. My last time going to place. They don’t make up for there mistake. #2026 make your own food at home.
