Jaqui and Tyler were great. I got charged for my order and it never made its way to them through the website. They talked it through and fulfilled the order. Excellent customer service!

Bogo medium sandwiches hasn’t ever worked on DoorDash. This is the second time they advertised the promo and it hasn’t worked. Waste of time.

Firehouse Subs located at Anderson Town Center is a clean and presentable establishment. Service was fine while ordering. They asked if I wanted the pickle and said yes. I did not check my to-go order and it was not there. Oh well. The Italian sub was very tasty, if not a bit small compared to other sub places for the regular size. The price is average for such an order about $9. Many places are doing this but asking for tips at a fast food sandwich shop is off putting.

If you like meatball subs, I recommend theirs. The sub bread is best when toasted properly. My wife favors the hook and ladder.

My T-Mobile freebie was having issues and although the app wouldn’t allow me to place my order the manager still accepted it. Very kind of her to do that. T-Mobile makes it difficult to use promos and adds pressure to staff unnecessarily. Thanks and I’ll be back of course.

Employees don't know what customer service is. Don't even acknowledge you as you walk in. Can't even say anything as simple as "Hello"

What the hell is this sandwich firehouse. Cheese is all stuck to the paper, had to cut it myself, nothing about this is appealing. This sub shop has been going downhill for a while now.Edit: I added my own Parmesan cheese because the paper took all of it
