Waited 25 minutes to get our food. This location is historically under staffed. We won't be back. They have lost a two customers.

I've been loyal here for awhile but today was infuriating, I got home and my sandwich the employee handed me after calling my name was the exact opposite of what I ordered. I asked for a medium white TBR w/o lettuce and tomatoes and got a bacon-less ranch-less turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce and tomatoes
Love the location and food, unfortunately we can’t eat here for dinner due to the hours, are you all planning to go back to the old schedule at any point?

Waiting over 20 minutes for 1 sub is actually insane. The sloth from zootopia is way faster. Here just before my blood donation and barely time to eat it. Thanks for nothing.

Firehouse Subs located at Anderson Town Center is a clean and presentable establishment. Service was fine while ordering. They asked if I wanted the pickle and said yes. I did not check my to-go order and it was not there. Oh well. The Italian sub was very tasty, if not a bit small compared to other sub places for the regular size. The price is average for such an order about $9. Many places are doing this but asking for tips at a fast food sandwich shop is off putting.
