The foods usually great but the service is always slow. Honestly we're rooting for the place to be successful, the work/donations they provide the local community is awesome- We were coming in about reedy other Sunday but quit the place back in January because it took way to long. Tried them again today as we were ordering the lady making the sandwiches said it would be at least 20 minutes. Someone called in and they were short staffed, boohoo - My 4 and the 8 people behind us in line all left. It was almost like she wanted us to leave so she wouldn't have to work.

Waited so long had to change it to a to go order. Got back to work and the meatball sandwich I ordered was changed to a turkey sandwich. I'm allergic to turkey so that was a complete waste. Terrible service.

The staff was friendly and told immediately upon entering that they were a little backed up and we might have a wait. We didn't end up waiting too long and got good service. The subs were good just wish they'd had a bit more meat.

My sandwich was good.i ate half and took a pic of second half. This was the first time to visit firehouse subs. The service was good. Nice choices on drinks. Very good menu. Thanks

You won't get your food fast. Just know that going in. Might be 10 -15 minutes between walking in the door and food on the table. But it will be good, hot, and fresh everytime. I only ever go during lunch.

I purposely show up 10 minutes after the estimated ready time and 20 minutes after that they still ain’t made my order. The worst service I can remember in a very long time. No way I will ever waste my money here, there are plenty of options other than firehouse.
