They either cannot see or choose to ignore all removals and substitutions on online orders. "No mayonnaise" somehow means "put mayonnaise on both pieces of bread."

I ordered my meal online and got there in time to see them packing it up. I decided to open it and check it because I noticed they had only grabbed one drink. We paid for a large sub with Mac and cheese and a bottled coke and a medium sub with chips and a coke zero. We were missing the chips and the coke zero, and pickles. If I didn't check then, I wouldn't have caught it soon since we are a 45-minute drive home. They gave me a different drink since I brought it up and got to get chips but I don't know didn't notice the missing pickles until home. This was not worth the $32 unfortunately and I feel like they were trying to get away with whatever they could. They didn't even say anything when handing me the bag.

Does this place respond in a way to fix the problems stated in all the negative comments. I didn’t get greeted for at least two minutes of standing at the counter…. The employees keep cussing behind the makeline. My kids present…. Our food took forever and the person who took my order kept saying. Is that all…. Like no I only ordered my kids food. Give me a second or recommend something ….. the firehouse subs across town is absolutely the better choice if you want good service and food. The employees also kept saying the wanted a cigarette and didn’t take his gloves off while handling my money. Sometime I feel bad walking out mid order but this had me close….

After failing to get food from 2 surrounding fast food places, we decided to give Firehouse subs our business. We figured maybe we'd have better luck at fast casual instead of fast food. Nope.

Walked in, never acknowledged. Walked down to the order taking spot, the manager casually waved us off and said "somebody will be with you in a moment" as he waltzed into the back to never be seen again.

The singular employee on the line heard this from his manager not helping him at all and was clearly pissed off. Muttering under his breath and stressed. Rightfully so, he was angry he was getting no help. Nobody ever took our order, and we left. We didn't want to make more work for the single stressed employee they had.

Some manager. Kudos to that one stressed employee doing his best for this place. No wonder they are hiring and struggling with leadership like that.

No money from us. Won't ever be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't realize until I was one and a half medium subs in when I saw this tomato. There's no way the person who made my sandwiches didn't see this and they still decided to put it on the sandwich. I have no idea if my other sandwich had tomatoes like this on it. Currently freaking out because I don't want to get sick. Will not be ordering from here again.

My wife and I showed up on Friday, June 7th,2024, at 8:35 pm, and the doors were locked and they were cleaning up inside. Sign on the door said open until 9pm.

Every single time I go in to order and carry out , the staff is so friendly and so quick. There is a long time employee there who is very nice and helpful he wears a big chain and has a little edgy look to him. Good customer service people are few and far between nowadays and you are lucky to have him.

Ordered online on May 7, one roast beef sandwich plain, a medium hook and ladder with condiments, and a large hook and ladder with comments. Got home, the large hook and ladder had only meat, nothing what I asked for, the medium hook and ladder had mostly all requested except pickle spear, the medium roast beef had meat on one side, we had to stretch it out to fit the size of the bread. There was no one inside eating, only saw 2 workers-the male looked more suited to work at a McDonalds. Will not order from this location again

Walked in and was greeted, told the guy what I wanted, he seemed bothered that I did and said sure. He shoved a handful of fries into his mouth and just talked to his coworker like I wasn't there for about a minute, so I just walked out. I work in food so I try not to be too sensitive to stuff like this, but come on. If you want to eat lunch, that's cool, maybe don't do it on line though, while helping customers. And certainly don't treat customers like a they're ruining your day when they try to do the things your restaurant exists to do.
