Our waiter Sam Made sure all of our needs were met the entire time. The food was delicious. We had biscuits and gravy French toast avocado toast a croissant sandwich and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back

Chad is one of the best waiters at this location! He engages with his customers, always goes above and beyond and makes our experience that much better! Thanks to Chad however management sucks! We can never get a manager though!

I love first watch and when I saw it while traveling here I got excited because I love their food. The waiter had no idea what was going on, he tried to tell me they didn't have iced coffee without milk which I know they have cold brew, he said they didn't have any more sparkling water or seltzer. I was ready for him to tell me they didn't have food. I got one of the skillets with the market veggies and it was so salty and completely inedible. The grits were cold and the cheese was not melted. The table next to me had uncooked egg whites in their food and the table next to them had hair in their food. The fact that we all talked about it was a problem and their server started blaming them and giving them attitude. It was actually a crazy experience. I told the host that the food was so salty and she even agreed with me that the potatoes are way too salty and they should fix it. Maybe another location here is better but this one is definitely not up to the First Watch standard.
