Staff is extremely rude when placing to-go orders. They don’t answer the phone during lunch hours — I called 9 times and spent my entire break just trying to order. When someone finally answered, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes, which ruined my whole lunch. The manager, Josh, offered nothing but a dismissive “I’m sorry.” If you value your lunch break, don’t waste your time here.

imagine ordering food to be picked up in an hour, getting there to pick it up at the scheduled time and still having to wait 30 mins for them to get it ready. manager didn’t handle the situation at all, instead went to “check” on our order and never returned nor apologized for the inconvenience. we get our food finally and everything’s thrown inside the boxes and hardly warm. very disappointing.
If you’re going to the Rookwood First Watch, try your best to get Kelly as your server. Her service is only eclipsed by her genuine smile. The food here is always great.
