I was disappointed. the glasses smelled like they were just pulled out of dirty water so all the drinks were bad. no point asking for new glasses bc they’d just be bad too. I got the french toast special and it was totally dry. server was nice, but they charged one of my kids as an adult for her pancakes even though she said kids pancakes and then upcharged her for bacon that would’ve been included with a kids pancake. have been here several times and it’s progressively worse each time. will not return

So I’m a little late but…. Dakota was my server and the service was absolutely amazing! Nothing but smiles and a great attitude. Made my day so much better and what surprised me was he didn’t have to use pen or paper and my food was hot!! I will be coming back in the near future!

For some reason the service at First Watch is all ways slow.No matter what state your in. Our Waiter at this one was very friendly. I travel a lot and this is the 1st.one I was in that to food was not very good. I got the works omelet and it was dry and didn't have hardly any filling. Very disappointing.

Service was very nice, our waitress was sweet as could be! The restaurant was clean and looked nice. However the coffee was not hot enough, the place was so cold inside and we did not all bring a jacket. The eggs we all ordered were good but cold before we could even get halfway through them. Putting them on heated plates would have been nice.
