I've never been to the establishment but my daughter was there with her father and lost her phone. I messaged them through the website and received a response via text almost immediately. They said theybwould look for the phone and in a matter of hours they text again to let me know it had been found. Out of town and decided to go to this place and try it out. Sat at the bar and was passed up by the bartender who was working today many times. Didn’t acknowledge me, say she will be right with me, nothing. Everyone else who walked up to the bar got service though. Ended up finally getting service about 15 minutes or waiting.

Went there for the first time tonight and it was a terrible experience. Went in ordered food told 20-25 min. We watched people come in after us and they were getting served asked bartender what was going on she said she put our ticket in for next in line 1 hour and 10 min we waited for food that never came ended up late to reds game and had to ask for refund since we never got our food!! Worst experience ever!
I’m at The Fish Bowl on Cincy and this place is a vibe. The drinks are strong, the music is on point, and the whole atmosphere is just fun. Great crowd, friendly staff, and a solid spot if you’re trying to kick back or turn up a little. Definitely five stars — I’ll be back for sure. p is the goat

This has been on my mind since last night and I just feel like I need to share. Unfortunately my friends and I were outside at fishbowl during the shooting at the banks last night. In everyone’s panic and the crowd of people running to the back of the bar, the first place I saw to seek shelter was the kitchen door. I was leaned up against the wall behind the swinging door trying to collect my thoughts probably for a minute. An employee walked right up to me and told me I couldn’t be there. She had no empathy she had no concern for any sort of trauma and fear she just told me to exit the kitchen. In a situation like that, when the kitchen isn’t even operating, I don’t know why I wasn’t shown grace. Obviously I wouldn’t be in the kitchen of an establishment for any other reason. There isn’t anything to do to fix the situation, I just hope she sees this and maybe the next time someone is running for their life and in a real state of fear she may show a little bit of kindness.
