I’m at The Fish Bowl on Cincy and this place is a vibe. The drinks are strong, the music is on point, and the whole atmosphere is just fun. Great crowd, friendly staff, and a solid spot if you’re trying to kick back or turn up a little. Definitely five stars — I’ll be back for sure. p is the goat

This has been on my mind since last night and I just feel like I need to share. Unfortunately my friends and I were outside at fishbowl during the shooting at the banks last night. In everyone’s panic and the crowd of people running to the back of the bar, the first place I saw to seek shelter was the kitchen door. I was leaned up against the wall behind the swinging door trying to collect my thoughts probably for a minute. An employee walked right up to me and told me I couldn’t be there. She had no empathy she had no concern for any sort of trauma and fear she just told me to exit the kitchen. In a situation like that, when the kitchen isn’t even operating, I don’t know why I wasn’t shown grace. Obviously I wouldn’t be in the kitchen of an establishment for any other reason. There isn’t anything to do to fix the situation, I just hope she sees this and maybe the next time someone is running for their life and in a real state of fear she may show a little bit of kindness.

I had the chicken quesadilla and it was gross and the basket of fries were not very good either. left a terrible taste in my mouth. their fishbowls looked good! other customers that were having the fishbowls said they were fantastic! if you go there just get drinks and get your food elsewhere. staff was friendly.

Terrible bartender.
I asked for a glass of water and gave the bartender $20 thinking there would be a charge. She took the money and threw it in her tip jar. When I realize the water was free I said I gave $20 and that wasn’t a tip. I had to fight to get money back (she reluctantly gave me $10). Greedy and nasty.

Last night went to this establishment for the first time and not only had great drinks but the customer service was amazing! The bartenders were sweet and the bouncer was such a cool guy, gave me great recommendations for places to visit around the city his energy was wholesome and thought it was refreshing after being intimidated by so many bouncers in the past! Would recommend the Fish Bowl to anyone.
